Manav so strong yet so weak

Manav is shown so strong in office where he can confront and take on a mean character like
Dharmesh.The new Manav is confident.
Varsha had wronged him in the past so how come he has turned so kind to her.A guy so attached to his kids agreed to give away his child. How can the strong Manav allow someone else to snatch his kid? (especially Varsha)

It's looks like Manav has a strong and defiant personality but in the one place he should have
stood up for what was right his personality fizzled.

Manav should have been able to put sense into Varsha and Archana.

That dynamism that Manav's personality has simply vanishes when needed most.😕

Manav should yell at both these sisters and tell them that Soham is his son and he stays with him ...and to hell with everyone else ...
