I agree with you.. Manav has always taken decisions on his own even for Archana... When he decided to marry Shravani and Divorce Archana he was in a mess at that time... He felt Archana did not trust him and his family was responsible for them to go to Jail... He was angry at that time.. Second time when he forced Archana to marry Jaywant was coz of Sulo Aai.. He forced him to do this... But this time he knows Archana cant live without him and even then he just left thinking he is not fit to be a husband... That is really not fair.. Again it is his thinking as Archana has many times said he is the best husband.. We have seen many times Archana getting tensed when Manav is not around. Even then he took this decision..
I know he is in pain but I dont support his decision..
