The problem isn't the abortion but Varsha's lie

I'm surprised that so many of you are blaming Manav for speaking the truth about the matter.

Firstly, Varsha should have been upfront and honest about the abortion issue. The adoption agents might have looked at her differently but they would have probably given her a chance to explain her actions.

Because Varsha did not speak the truth, the agency isn't going to give her a child not because of the abortion but due to the fact that she was dishonest.

Would you have preferred that Varsha lied on her application and when the truth came out, the agents would have to take action?

i agree that varsha was at fault,but i understnd her pov cause she was rather scred to tell,if sasha wld have tld about this to th agency before the agency wld have still gaven them a chance but now in front of dem sashas proved wrong.ARMAAN also agreed for lieing in the agency,wen varsha tld archu to tell manav to lie she agreed even manav tld if he wld know he dint had to tell abot the abortion he wldnt have,archu shld have explain varsha that go and tell the truth rther den agreeing to lie,d way manv tld the agency wala about the abortion was rther foolish,he cld have said so many things,he said she was career oriented,tat was dumb

i totally agree with you.varsha should tell the truth.if she tell the truth to the orphanage commite they will surely consider it.

i thought the lie was unnecessary ... i dont think having an abortion makes you ineligible to adopt a child .. SaSha panicked and goofed up big time.. they couldnt adopt bcuz they were caught lying ... not bcuz of the abortion ...

Agreed, Varsha should have told the truth and explained that it was a phase in her life that she now regrets terribly. Satish also seemed shocked that the agency did not know.

It is true that Varsha should have told agency the truth in the first place. However, honesty and truth does not do any good in today's world. Manav should have used his common sense in telling about the abortion. He always talk wbout sensibility and all, then where did his sense go when it came to this matter. Also I feel that if this would have happen to anyone in real life, they would have reacted same as Varsha. People do make mistakes and noone is perfect. Archana should stop minding others business and trying to be devi all the time.
