Saffy, I'll put across my views in points:

1.) Manav vs Satish in how they tackled Archu: Both were sensible, it is neither of theirs fault. Manav said everything that was required to be said. So did Satish. I am quite tempted to say actually that it was Archu's fault that she did not have even common sense to understand Manav's point and herself draw the conclusion that if jay dumped her one year after marriage, then her family would never be happy. Satish literally had to baby feed this fact to Archu, this is the only difference I see between Manav's way of tacking Archu and Satish's way of tacking Archu.

2.) Satish's tacking of the Jay situation: He should have told all the members of the house that he had heard Jay say that he would destroy Archu and take over the company. The K house trusts him too much. They would have listened to him.

3.) Advice to run away from Mandap: Most foolish decision, considering there is an asthamatic Ma in the house and a father who has just got a heart attack. In the end all the guests were gossiping about Archu's character. If he had told Archu, refuse to Jay for marriage, badnami would be of Jay, not Archu. Now toh Jay has become a victim in the eyes of the Karanjkars and Dharmu.

4.) Advice to run away to Manav's mandap without confirming whether Manav was gonna break wedding with shravani: Another foolish decision. He should have told Archu say no to marriage and talk with Manav. The way Archu ran to the mandap saying I want him back, if Shravani had not released Manav, Manav would have refused to marry her and Archu would have got the biggest humiliation of her life in front of all the guests.

5.) Till now Satish hasn't revealed that it was he who told Archu to run away, or that Manav is at no fault in this running away business at all. Everyone including Sulo, Dharmu, thinks Manav instigated Archu to run away. This is the root cause of all the problems that ArMan are going through now.

I really like Satish as a character Saffy. But if you compare him with Manav saying he 'saved' Manav's character, then sorry, I will be prompted to point out his flaws and wrong decisions as well. 😆
