Dialogue Male and Female by : *Resham* kya faida agar mein tumara kuch madat nahi kar pa raha hu - Manav This one dialog shed tears of not only Archana bt many viewers like us who are sitting and watching the duo..it ws sad to see Manav wrenching those lines and Archana trying not to show any emotions behind the holded tears😭😭...it ws a controlled performance...😳brilliantly handled by Archana-Manav aka Sushant-Ankita👏👏..next week there would be lots of things to say under this category fr the pair...😃 |
| Best Characters by : ..Sonii.. Manav: Manav resigned from his work in Dharmesh and Satish company, as both were not keen to keep him in the company, andalso due to unfavourable conditions arising for Archana. It was difficult decision, yet Manav managed to preserve his self respect and geared up for another job as driver, as he is the only bread-winning person of family. He also had to convince Archana about the Jaywants selfish motives behind marrying her. He tried everypossible way to expose Jaywant in front of everyone. Manav did a good job in pacifying Varsha and giving her shelter, when there was none, and made her realize her mistakes she has committed and apologize for the same.Manav did not step back from the decision to marry Shravani, eventually Shravani made a dignified exit from Manav's life. by : aartifarty Star Male of the Fortnight Ajit ... simply because he is doing his best in tryin to reunite ArMan ... he is fighting the odds and also tries to exploit Jaywant ... Manav is also my star male because he finally has found some hard core evidence which proves that jaywant is a bad guy and he is in huge debts ... Star Female of the Fortnight Vandu is my Star female fo the fortnight because she is also trying to reunite ArMan in whatever way possible ... and also Vaishu is my Star female of the fortnight ... simply because she is not a feeble wife and stand by her husband if he doesnt care for her ... she did the right thing in leaving the house which will make dharmesh slowly realise that he has something better in his life than his business !! |
| Best ArMan Sequence by : *Resham* Well this week didnt got to see those Arman moments which we long to see...bt still..wht I could make out ws an implicit scene btw both of them..when Manav's car breaks down and Archu comes out and thanks him fr bringing Varsha back to home..he says whts the use if he cant save Archu's life...and asks her with full control on his emotions as to why she wants to marry Jaywant inspite of knowing his efforts to break the marriage and why....she doesnt show any emotion and move apart...😭😭...one could sense the strong relationship btw the two...and the urge of not putting any one of them into trouble😭...this relationship just grows stronger day by day...and viewers connect to them strongly even today...😳..hopefully in the next edition we could have more and more Arman scenes😳..fingers crossed |
Best Family Scene by : aartifarty The bad thing about drama is that we rarely see a happy scene and unfortuntately this fortnight we have been short of "Happy" Family scenes ..well i liked one scene ... its not much of a familt scene but its a happy scene ... tis where ajit brings home a pizza for vandu and says he gets happy seeing vandu's joy over the most smallest things and he is happy that he can share her joy... |
Stars of the Fortnight by : *Resham * Star Actress: Star Actor of the week: Again Sushant for me...😃this person now very well knows how to control his emotions through the scenes...👏👏...His effort of trying to save Archana frm the hands of Jaywant is well indeed shown...and on the other side confronting with both the Aai's and supporting Varsha ws well managed by his flow of acting...A true persona..and a great actor within..this week he stole the show frm everyone....good going Sushant👏👏 |
| Mr and Mrs Head Turner of the fortnight by : ..Sonii.. Mr. Headturner: Manav is back to his stylish haircut, with clean shave look. The sherwanis which he wore it in diwali or haldi occasion., made him look stunning. Satish and Jaywant were consistent in their looks eith their elegant formal outfits. |
World of Archana and Manav Married ARMAN: It was the crack of dawn, Manav looked at Archana sleeping beside him....looking beautiful and serene with a smile on her face. Manav really wanted to know what she was dreaming about. It was archana's birthday and he just didn't know how to make the day special for her. It was Archana's first birthday after reunion...their separation hadn't given them the chance to celebrate such special moments with each other. Manav had tried wishing her in the night but as usual had got tongue tied. It really angered Manav that he became nervous when it came to expressing his feelings for Archana even after being in love with her for the past two years. As Manav was looking, Archana showed signs of waking up. Manav quickly closed his eyes and acted as if in sound sleep. Archana woke up to see Manav sleeping like a child (Oscar worthy performance by Manav Deshmukh). Archana's anger went away in a second to see him like that. Manav had not remembered her birthday and hadn't figured out even after she gave him million clues. She had decided she wouldn't talk to him the entire day until he wished her. But that anger was to be only shown to Manav, from inside she just wanted to give him a soft slap and remind him her birthday and spend the entire day just being with him. After all she knew her husband well, lallu when it came to romance'how could she be angry at him? She slowly moved closer to Manav and leaned to kiss his eyelid. Manav twitched by the ticklish feeling of her soft lips and feathery hair on his face. Archana got scared by his sudden movement; she moved away and got up from the bed. Manav got hold of her hand before she could move away from the bedside. Archana turned giving her best furious look'.she wanted to get her anger act right. Manav pulled her towards him and wrapped her in his arms. He whispered in her ears happy birthday in Marathi. Archana innocently asked "You remembered?" Manav looked into her eyes and said "I can forget the day I was born but how can I forget the day when my existence was born". A tear rolled down from archana's eyes. Manav caught it with his lips. His lips shifted from her cheeks to her lips''n the rest can be imagined. |

Review for the fortnight Well fr the past few episodes, wht we are seeing it yet again an effort frm Manav's side to keep Archu secure and safe...he now knowing very well wht Jaywant is upto..and wants Archu to know abt it..bt her family members are now not interested in anything frm his side..and worse effects have happened when Savitri Aai created a huge drama for Rs. 10000/- On the other side..Varsha aborted the child in the midst of her chaos with Bhavna Aai which created rift btw her relationship with Satish...and again Manav who ws present there in the hospital to witness this was blamed on..And to the extreme side all now want the wedding to happen with Savitri aai deciding to do this marriage along with Archu-Jaywant's marriage on 12th Nov..Overall misunderstood Manav..both Aai's fights ,Varshu's abortion and Vaishu walking home frm Dharmesh grabbed the screenballs through the week... | Expectations for the Fortnight: by : toothbrush13 All the ardent fans may finally rejoice, as the reunion has finally come! Though of course in the show instead of calling for celebrations it means more drama. From the episode on Friday it can be told that Sulochana and Savita - especially the latter - will not take lightly to Manav and Archana remarrying. It can also be assumed that Jaywant will be out for revenge after this turn in events, however Shravani seems to have made a peaceful and dignified exit as of now. Although many articles were released about having a reunion, at this point no information is known about what will happen after the reunion. If word of lead Sushant Rajput is to be believed, then many cute and romantic moments are in store for Manav and Archana. Yet, any regular viewer of daily soaps will know that in telly land these moments are always framed by scenes including angry parents or bitter villains out for revenge. How will the families react to Archana and Manav's remarriage? Will Sulochana have yet another asthma attack? How brilliant will Manohar's expression be? Will Savita start yelling outrightly or will she secretly scheme again to separate the couple? Will Jaywant come back for revenge? Did Girish have any reaction at all to Manav and Shravani not getting married once again? Will ArMan succumb to the horrid trend of no suhaag raat? How does the Bappa idol magically appear by the lake? Will we ever be subjected to Shravani's rolling eyes again? Stay tuned to a seemingly exciting fortnight to come on Pavitra Rishta. |
Interview of the fortnight : by : nikitagmc Interviewee : bonnefille 1.) How did you come across I-F? How has your journey been uptil now? I have known about IF for a long time now. But started following it only after arman's divorce. I had stopped watching PR post divorce, but remained curious due my undying love for Arman. Got back watching as I got to know Man-shrav not married..saw a ray of hope. My first post was after reading ar-jay's marriage at IF..i saw my ray of hope thinning and dwindling so I wrote a future course of story sort of thing 'last hope'..n I can happily say that the PR storyline did go a little like my first post. Since my first post I have been addicted to the forum. I gradually started reading a lot of topics here..and thoroughly enjoyed going through every post. I have felt warmth and a sense of comradeship at the Forum. 2.) What was the first thing that hooked you to Pavitra Rishta? Sushant Singh Rajput. My mother used to watch Kis Desh me hain mera dil...i used to watch it on and off. It was during prem's dead body scene in the hospital when I saw preet's reaction to prem's death.. and that performance touched my heart. I started following KDMHMD since them..KD was never about Sushant but even then Preet was a special character. Therefore when PR started..I had to watch!!! Sushant impressed me further with Manav's portrayal, unlike Preet, Manav was a lot more layered and difficult character..emotions were to be underplayed. It is harder to play a character where expressions have to be subtle and yet emotive to express the moment. Manav was a beautiful character which was slowly butchered to a point that I didn't even like Sushant playing the character anymore. But now I guess he is being redeemed, so am enjoying watching him all over again. Through the course of the show, my love for archana and ankita grew too. While manav was being butchered, archana was rising beautifully. I just love the way ankita expresses love through her performance especially through her eyes. Sushant got me started watching PR as manav. Ankita got me to appreciate ArMan's love through her portrayal of Archana's undying love. But it has to be Ar-Man together who got me addicted to Pavitra Rishta and ultimately brought me to this forum. 3.) What were your expectations from the show? To what extent have they been fulfilled? Have said it so many times, will repeat again. I had wished a simple love story of two very simple souls. I wanted them to rise together, wading through struggles together, supporting each other through out. It has not been fulfilled even 10 percent. Since Arman's separation after 15 days of marriage..I have never seen Archana and Manav at an equal footing. One of the two has always been seeing the other way when the other one was in the most need of togetherness. I want them to face the world together and not one fighting for the other. Love is just not about fighting for each other as PR serial has portrayed. Love is also about being in the battlefield together and fighting the devils with the power of two and not just one. 4.) Which is the quality of Archana and Manav that you most admire? Which qualities do you utterly dislike? Like: Archana: Her ability to love immensely. Manav: His simplicity Dislike: Archana: Her constant need to suffer for others. And her relying on others. Manav: His brains. If his brains were functional, PR wouldn't have been what it is now. Manav's heart is the core of his existence and unfortunately he lets everything win except his heart. The day manav will listen to his heart, he will go far. Hearts can too take you long way in life. 5.) Now that they are getting reunited, how do you want the future track to proceed? I want Manav and Archana living separately from Savita. Manav can support them by sending money to and being in contact with Damodaran. Manav should decide to start a garage and Archana should seriously consider tutoring (now that the option has been opened up). Both should struggle together and support each other, ultimately rise in life along with winning back their parent's love. I don't want either of the lead to be superior to the other'..i like love of equals and want to see love of equals. 6.) Post divorce, which do you think was the most entertaining track in PR? How satisfied were you by the way it was handled? I loved Prakash and how he turned everything around. It's Prakash's sleazy comment that actually was the start of the Arman track. I thought it was handled well since they got a super sexy guy to play Prakash.😉 7.) Which is the best thing about PR forum that makes you keep coming back for more? The forum members- they all have unique personalities and yet bonded due to similar interests. Each post here brings out its own personality. like analysing the perspective behind them... it is like knowing someone's soul yet the existence remains a mystery. I have have received a lot of warmth from the forum members. 8.) Use your imagination to write an ultra romantic scene/setting for Manav and Archana, so that we the starved can lap it up.😃 Ahaa, I posted your One Shot in the World of Archana and Manav section 😉 - tas :) 9.) Which was the most pathetic scene in PR according to you, one which made you burst into laughter cos of the sheer stupidity of the scene? Pathetic scene has to be the way jaywant got signature from archana'it was not his treating archana as weakling that pissed me off but his thinking of her as a weaker entity than him. Dharmesh's dieting comment made me burst out laughing. 10.) If you had to make Rakhi Sawant enter PR as a new character, how would it be? How would you use her potential to make the show more masaledaar? 😉 I would bring her as Savita ki maasi ki bhaanji ke pati ki behen. I myself do not know what kind of relationship that would be. I would bring her as a tutor in SR for our Arman. 11.) Recently PR got an international award. Tell honestly, do you feel PR deserved it? I usually criticize PR so much that I will acknowledge the appreciation that they have received. One cannot ignore the hard work of a lot of people that goes into making this show...decision of few black marks everyone's effort. PR biggest failure is and was they didn't understand their audience. In a medium like communication, it is utmost imp to know the needs of audience, after all the medium is for them. Ekta & Shibu are big idiots to not even understand that. No Indian serial deserves international acclaim..all of them are highly regressive yet ppl watch. So PR hi sahi. Plus PR did keep me hooked. 12.) Compared to other shows by Ekta, where does PR stand according to you? On what counts is it better/worse than them? Good question...especially for me. Me the BT Veteran never learns- I have not seen any show of her's entirely except for Kutumb (start to finish both seasons-it was a short spanned show -serials should be made with a set time period). I rate Kutumb higher than PR. It was a marriage plus that of equals. But I like Sushita better. 13.) If you enter the imaginary world of PR, what would be your reaction when you meet the following people- Manjusha, Dharmesh, Damodar Baba, Savita and Shravani. Manjusha: I will ask her how much her gajaras cost. Dharmesh: Poke his tummy Damodar Baba: ask him his brand of whisky Savita: run away as far as I can...I can't stand loud people Shravani: will ask her to tutor me her eye rolling- it's a talent in itself. 14.) In which type of roles do you wish to see Sushant and Ankita in the future? Ankita in a young fun role. I would like to see Sushant's work as a film maker. Would love to see Kutumb's remake on Sushita. 15.) Who is your favourite actor/actress in PR from the supporting cast? Why? Sumit Arora (Dharmesh): I appreciate the naturalness of a performance. He reacts more than acts. Even when he is devious, I find him to be naturally enacting it the way people generally react. Excessive expressions may take maximum attention but it is unnatural and something that seems acting. While naturalness brings relatibility and Sumit does that. He is also versatile- he is pretty good at enacting scenes of all genre. 16.) Which type of clothes look best on Sushant and Ankita? When do you think Sushant and Ankita looked their best? Urgh not the clothes that they wear now. Sushant in more t-shirts and jeans- he dresses like an uncle. And for events- proper suits. Ankita in nice dresses-in light blues, yellows and sea greens (n peach). Blue, green and black suits Sushant. 17.) Which other shows do you watch regularly? Who are your other favourite actors in Tellyland? Don't watch any other show on Tv, but watch FRIENDS all the time on my lappy- got all seasons. I must have seen every episode a million times. Otherwise I watch films, though I will confess I know the storyline of almost every third serial coz of my mum who watches tv all day. N she cries hoarse on me watching PR!!😲 Actors: I like almost all the actors in PR. Sushant and Ankita are my favourite. Appreciate Sneha wagh of Jyothi as well. 18.) Which was your happiest moment/day in I-F? I guess it is Nov 12- at the time when I was writing about Arman for Arman Times on the day when Arman will atlast reunite. 19.) Any message for Ekta? Please stop your divorce paper making factory. 20.) Any message to your friends on I-F? The way arman's love has conquered, similarly should our love. Lowve you all. |

Editor's note : Hola chicos y chicas! First and foremost, we are extremely sorry for being very very late! Maaf kijiye na lol.. I know we are about a week late, but reporters including myself have been really busy with exams and personal issues, hence the late post. This edition is very rushed up too, and I couldn't copy the brief update, so had to write myself. Please excuse any mistakes 😳. This comuing week is very hectic and tight for me, so I can't put my bestest here 😳. Secondly, Aarti and AnnJan weren't able to do her sections. I'd like to thank Soni and Resham who have stepped into their shoes at the last minute and made it up to them. Oh and thank tas too, even she has filled up in some sections, although I know the eaisest of the lot as she just needed to retype again everything 😆. Thirdly, a very happy belated Diwali to everyone and a happy Eid-Ul-Adha as well! Eid Mubarak! 🤗 . I first wanted to give a Diwali atmosphere, but since the Eid is the nearest, went with green and white 😉. Last but not the least, many more happy returns of the day to AnnJan!!
