In this day and age when most women work out of the house and work hard to have careers and support their families, the CVs should not show Archana quitting her job just on the say so of Jaywant's mother. She worked hard to have a career studying a whole year in Bangalore only to have Prabha Devi say you can't work. She has no right to tell Archana where she can and can't work.

Archana and Jaywant are not married yet so these people have no right to tell her to quit her job. The CVs need to rethink this line. Archana right now needs the money for her dad's medicine. This is truly a sexist track. And Archana should stand up for herself and tell everyone where to get off and get back to work. If she needs emergency money for her father's medical care will Prabha Devi step up and help with money? I don't think so. Will Jaywant? Nope.

i dont think they have a problem with her working...the problem is working with manav...she can get a job elsewhere now that she has graduated and has work experience as a supervisor

I think it was the right thing to do, Archana is going to marry Jaywant and should try her best to forget about Manav. What happened in today's episode should not have happened, Archana made a promise to her parents one that should be respected. She needs to distance herself from Manav, I am sure she can find work elsewhere. Things are not like before where Archana was not educated or didn't have any work experience, now she does and I am sure Satish would recommend her to other companies. The further Archana is from Manav the better it will be for her

(If A didn't work there and keep bumping into M, we'd have no show btw. Just ask the girls who wait all episode to watch them interact.)

Honestly I feel it is a good thing archu is leaving this job ...
She is just not suited for working in a factory as a supervisor ..
heck that itself is a blooper ... a female supervisor for mechanics????

She would do better as a social worker or some job related to kids ... like teaching in kindergarten....

And anyways some drama or the other happened every other day ever since archu joined this factory .... thanx to manav also working there ... and now with archana not exactly on talking terms with dharmu its good that she is leaving...

Last time she left her job for Manav which she really should not have.But this time, she really needs to quit this job if she has to marry Jaywant.There will always be the insecurity about her and Manav.So its better if its nipped in the bud. They can show her having some other job.BTW, just leaving the job wont suffice.She will have to stay away from Manav.

Job or no job .. ArMan would keep bumping into each other all over the city .. bcuz apparently Dombivli, Mumbai is just a couple of streets according to whats shown in the show 🤪

I dont think ArJay is happening 😆 till that time we AM fans will have to do with these bumpings 😆

@devu .. I think ArJay will happen within a month .. sorry for sounding pessimistic ... had couple of bad experiences with BT shows in the past ....

Lunza...I was wrong about divorce. But I think ArJay would be suicide for this show.Why do I think original Manav will be back to break ArJay wedding.He knows Jay is wrong, and he wont let Archu suffer due to this.
