Sushanth already cleared this misunderstanding by saying he has already girfriend & her face resembles bit to ankitha

i thought they are real life couple, even im aware that sushant have gf who look similiar to ankita...

That was a long time ago when PR had started. They broke up. About Sushita, they have not confirmed anything and they maintain that they are really good friends.
