I can understand GM. I mean Dharmu , for all his strict behaviour and angry tone ...did give Manav his job back when Manav clearly did break the discipline and he did let go of a huge chunk of money to make it up to manav , came to his house and apologised ..

He gave Manav so much izzat by calling him home , making Sachu Krishna and all that ...

So Dharmu is not exactly the management from hell kind of guy ..

Unless of course soemthing happened that we do not know about ...

Repeatedly they hav shown tht the new machines r going to be delivered.Dharmuu took care as soon as manav complained.Archu informed so to manav as well.Dharmesh is not exactly the heartless scrooge-sort who wud run after only money.He is basically good.Running a busines,one cant expect him to behave like Manav.truth is ppl like Manav r not exactly capable of running business in the real world...emotions r gud only till a certain point.Manav is only emotional.Dharmu is more balanced.I dont say he's flawless.Dont defend him either.But he's certainly more human than Manav.

He realises he did a mistake,he goes ahead n rectifies it without wasting a minute.He truly wished gud for Archu as well.Gave her job,tore her resignation.Bore her emotional foolishness n visited the chawl,appreciated the ppl thr n returned manav his job with due fairness n with respect.

If he is angry on the workers,he must hav either a misundertsanding or is angry.And to say only the mangement ppl r to be blamed for every mishap is not exactly fair.Satish is too in the management.The machines take time to be delivered.Till then workers cud atleast be more careful while handling such machines.That day Ajit was clearly looking at manav n his hand was injured.Manav was all angry on dharmu...Ajit too was careless.Being the boss doesnt entitle him to shoulder every responsibility even when workers are careless as well.

I seriously am finding this whole union thing quite lame.Really lame actually.As lame as manav being the ideal husband and fiance😆😆
