Although I am all for WHY THE HELL SHUD WOMEN RESIGN <WHY NOT THE MAN ..........I tihink Archu is right this time . The situation is darned AWKWARD .
Correct , I was very happy when she told jay with all honesty that it would be awkward for her to work there as manav too is there . I see this as a very positive note for the Archu and jaywant relationship . The best thign is that she trusts him enough to be honest with him ...
She told him clearly that Manav's being there also is an issue .I think if she continues with this honest approach then jay will definitely respect her a lot more as a person ...
He is going to be her husband , it would be horrible and unfair to him if she keeps lying to him.

Someone shud ask Jay why he had not thought of this before saying YES to Archus proposal . He needs to be fired a little bit .

The ride in the rickshaw back home with Manav was very sad . Archu spoke dully and indifferently . She is working in her own way on her marraige with Jay now . Nothing matters anymore . Her heart still beats for Manav and Jays flat doesnt interest her , her sentiments r in Manavs chawl and the bappa there . A stone has been kept on Archus heart by Sulo Manav and Savita and I hope they pay .
