Hi, this is my first post in PR forum. I used to active in CB and Pratigya but those two shows have gone off the track lately. CB vanished a year back and now I lost interest in Pratigya.
I read few posts in PR regularly. Today is my first response to this show.
Well, to start I have to admit that Manav gets the soft corner in my heart. So may be I am biased. But equally I bow to Archana how much ever stupid she is. My quote looking at Archana is "LOVE is STUPID" not LOVE is BLIND. Nonetheless, my opinion is Archana deserves Manav and Manav deserves Archana. They both can be happy only with each other.
Today, I thought Shravani went way out of line when she blasted Manav. She says, he risked her life for the sake of Archana. Well, I thought yes he just only RISKED it now but he destroyed his life and Archana's life for YOUR sake. Everybody wanted Manav to exert pressure on Archana and when he does that, everyone accuses him of risking someone's life. Not fair. He said Archana will accept for the marriage. If not today, he would have convinced her in few more days eventually. Can't she have faith in her so called LOVE or HUSBAND?
She accused him of playing with her emotions for two years. Well, Manav promised only to take RESPONSIBILITY of you and the child. The very statement he made in the hospital was this marriage was going to be a compromise from his side. In my opinion, Manav has right to feel for Archana. Shravani can not DEMAND love from him. Manav has made it clear to everyone that he loves Archana more than anyone. If he continues to love Archana even after his marriage to Shravani, he is not answerable to anyone. She was his wife and he loved her. Manav's happiness lies in loving Archana. Shravani's marriage is mere a social arrangement not a commitment of his love. If Manav is indifferent to her, it's not his crime. Shravani should understand that.
Archana, I feel so sad for her even though she gets to my nerve with her bashan at times. If you want to see someone who loves beyond their self-respect, see Archana. All she wants is Manav's happiness. Even at the cost of her own happiness. It is somewhat incomprehensible to our level but to love someone with same as her passion and intensity, it has to be a true love. A true love is beyond oneself.
Now, coming to the marriage fiasco of these two. Lets fast forward a few months or few years...
1. Shravani will be scolding Manav for not loving her. She will be doubting Manav everyday that if he has met Archana or Archana has taught something to Manav to destroy her marriage. She will be furious if Manav fails to act as a PERFECT husband. She has invested two years in that Chawl to get Manav. And now she got Manav and she wants to go to his dad's flat. But Manav is not ready. She gets frustrated at his income.
2. Manav will be struggling with his life every day and night to meet his family expenses. Once in a while he sees Archana and feels happy if she 'looks' happy and feels sad for his own love. He has to listen the taunting of Shravani, greedy mom's enthusiasm to get rich via Daughter In Law. By chance if he even looks at Archana then gone case!!! If he works at the same factory he has to bear the scene of Jaywant and Archana. Coming home in the evening he has bear the taunts of the wife and mom. Even if he wants to get close to Shravani it is not possible for him. She was his Brother's wife!!!! (well, almost) and emotionally he can not see Archana in Shravani. His life is in soup for sure.
3. Archana - well, the most hard hit girl with this fiasco. Jaywant will be doubting her always if she loves him or Manav. If she smiles at someone or Manav Jaywant will be furious. She can not forget Manav but can not go near him to console him even is she desires to. She is bound by a Marriage!!! She HAS to be faithful to Jaywant!!! But her heart cries looking at Manav. She becomes 'Thrishanku'. If she, Jaywant and Manav remain working at the same factory, then it is even worse for her.
4. Jaywant - He will be scheming for becoming Partner but Archana doesn't allow him to use her. He wants her as well as her Brother In Law's money. He will be jealous even Archu mention's Manav name. He cannot be patient until Archana adjusts for the new life.
It is so easy for all others including Sulochana, Dharmesh, Varsha, Vaishu and Savitha to force marriage between these people. But how hard for the people who endure it. That's why elders say, marriage happens only once in a life time. Any exception to that will bring the awkwardness to the life. So whatever the marriage we have at our hand, lets save it and cherish it.
