It was a SAD episode in PR . The one sensible practical character they came up with in PR .......Dharmesh , was shown to be shamefully manipulated in PR today . Various people manipulated him , the leader being Archana .............But lets take them all , turn by turn

Savita came to the factory today and lectured Dharmesh . As usual she started picking on Archana .........This is ur BEHNOI's factory na , this and that , constantlly emphasizing the YOUR BEHNOI factor as if it was a BIG GREAT CRIME .
Well the two Behnois r good , decent men , who have given a few hundreds employment opportunities and r not tricking them or exploting them , but giving them decent pay and bonuses even before the year has ended
The two Behnois Had NO problem with the workers till Manav and Archna stirred up trouble with their RAAS LEELA under the name of PAVITRA RISHTA
The Two Behnois Had not come to Manavs door asking him to come and join their company but Manav himself opted to do a job there instead of joining his future father in law Girish
Then Savita Started talking to Archna indirectly blaming Dharmesh and when poor Dharmesh cud not take it anymore and he told her that listen there r some rules to be followed , she had the GALL to lecture to him about MANNERS ...........Didnt ur parents teach u not to CUT An OLD WOMANS TAlk or NOT TO TALK WHEN ELDERS R TALKING ................😕 I was like HUh ????? And Who two ELDERS ???? ARCHANA and SAVITA !😆😆😆😆😆 Where does the question of ELDERS comes in yaar ? You Are standing in HIS property and criticising LOUDLY HIS policies in front of HIS WORKERS and he doesnt have a right to speak and tell THESE R MY COMPANYS POLICIES AND THEY R SAME FOR ALL PEOPLE ? HUH ???????? Since when did that become LACK OF MANNERS ? And LOOK WHO IS TALKING ABOUT MANNERS ? HAd SAvitas Parents ever taught her That DONT CALL UR SLEEPING HUSBAND AIE GET UP BEVDA IN FRONT OF UR BAHU ????? This Lecture of MANNERS to a DECENT gentleman like Dharmesh from SAvita who called Archu a PROSTITUTE in front of ROADSIDERS ????

And All this while Guys just freeze the camera and watch ARchanas' WORSHIPPING SAVITA FACE [ I hope TB has the time to do the honors .} AS IF SAVITA WAS ROSA PARKS GIVING A SPEECH or something ! The GUilt , THe LOOK oF AWE on Archnas face as if she UNDERSTOOD EXACTTLY What Savita was trying to say ! Basically , by NOT Refuting Savita , Archna WENT AGAINST DHARMESH IN HIS COMPANY .
Not just that SAVITA THREATENED DHARMESH WITH STRIKE by instigating workers BY TALKING PURPOSEFULLY OF TAALA { LOCK } On the FACTORY DOOR IF DHARMESH CONTINUED RUNNING THE FACTORY WITH HIS RULES .
Moral : DHarmesh shud resign from his post and sit at one month old Archnas feet and NO JOB EVER DONE SAVITA's FEET and LEarn how to run a company . Savita shud NOT BE PUT IN JAIL FOR THESE SERIOUS OFFENSES she does of doing PUBLIC TAMASHAS to SHAME PEOPLE INTO SUBMISSION .😡😡😡😡😡

Then Archana the great did her share . Her ONLY goal in life is MANAV HER BHAGWAN AND HIS BETTERMENT . She Expects the full world to rotate , revolve , get destroyed or rebuilt FOR HER BHAGWAN . After Dharmesh , recovering from the shock of SAvitas tamasha indignantly asked Jaywant how the hell she even came inside , was SECURITY SLEEPING , ARchna became FIRM HOLY SATI ARCHNA and with a GLOW on her face told Dharmesh ........YOU HAVE QUESTIONS IN YOUR MIND AND I HAVE THE ANSWERS TO THEM BUT FOR THEM U MUST COME WITH ME .😆😆😆😆😆 What SAWAAL ? And What JAWAAB ? What nautankis this woman does yaar for that Manav .Honestly .
Archna then puposefully led DHARMESH Through the STINKING LANES of AJIT's JHOPADPATTI .😆😆😆 Poor Dharmesh felt SICK .😆😆 This lady is taking him purposefully near ditches and open gutters to show him the DIRE CONDITIONS OF HIS WORKERS . SO THEY SHUD BE REINSTATED IN THEIR JOBS . And which worker ? MANAV . NOT PRAKASH , mind u . It SEEMS MEANIE PRAKASH IS SECRETLY RICH .😆😆😆😆 And HE WAS NOT SACKED HE LEFT JOB JUST COZ HE ENTERED A WET T SHIRT COMPETITION AS A JUDGE . He was NOT WEEPING when he was sacked from the job saying I AM A BAAL BACHEWAALA ............This woman had made a HARD OBSTINATE FACE then ............UNCARING About HIS POVERTY . It had NOT sTRUCK HER THat although Praksh had Bashed Manavs head ..........Manav too had bashed his head and he had landed in hospital . Prakashs only Crime had been some sleazy comments he had made . For that he almost got killed and also lost his job . The sleazy comments cud have well be dealt with a memo and warning from the management ..........but Manav had PASSION SURGING THRU HIS VEINS .
Before a stunned Vandu cud react , Archna took Dharmesh to Bhagwan's House to show him Bhagwans POVERTY . She then introduced each member of Manavs family like a POVERTY STRICKEN SPECIES FROM SOMALIA . AS if Dharmesh didnt know that Shravni was very rich . Then FROM ABOVE she Showed Dharmesh the COMMON TAP where people stood in a line to wash clothes and BARTANS . POOr Dharmesh was feeling uncomfortable like hell . On the top of this all , MIss HYPOCRISY is telling Dharmesh .........I AM NOT SHOWING U ALL THIS TO CREATE DAYA IN YOUR HEART . Oh yeah ? Then why r u showing him this tour , coz it will help him to digest his lunch better ? BAAT KARTI HAI .
My comments : Archna was being Very CHAALU and BLATANTLY USING tHE POVERY CARD to get Manavs job back for him when her RESIGNATION CARD didnt work . Archna is one step ahead of Shravni in manipulation . She knows when to use the EHSAAN CARD and ensure Shravni doesnt leave with SAchu , She knows when to use RESIGNATION CARD to pressurize her JEEJU , She knows how to use the POVERTY Card To get around a TOUGH NUT . VERY VERY CHAALU . This is the reason i feel very less sympathy for her ................She ONly gives a damn about MANAV and tramples all ETHICS for him .

Not to be outdone , Archnas rival Shravni USEd THE BABY CARD today to push her OUT of her life once and for all . If Archu uses the Ehsaan, Poverty , Resignation and PAVITRA RISHTA CARD to silence gossip , Shravni uses the only card she has and the strongest one of all ..........THE BABY CARD . What a game of cards PR has become . She has learnt fast from her Guru Savita who had once taught her how to PLAY IAGO . She cleverly pointed out to Savita that Since Archu has entered Manavs life peace has been shattered and
He got Physically hurt
He incurred financial loss due to loss of job
Manavs Egoistic Obstinacy of looking after Sachu within his MEAGRE INCOME only has become a danger to Sachus betterment as OFTEN MANAV IS WITHOUT A JOB AND THIS TIME THANKS TO ARCHANA hE LOST IT AS HE DECIDED TO PLAY aN INFURIATED MAJNU . Shravni used it all to fill Savitas ears . She knows Savita Values Sachu ABOVE ARMAN and she Smartly used it .
My comment : Today Shravni REALLY used the baby card . Some say its disgusting that she used the baby in his sickness to score a point with Savita ovewr Archu , but I lost sympathy for Archu as she too uses many cards all the time . Archu is in this willingly and gives a damn for Shravnis feelings and flirts right under her nose with Manav giving it the name of Pavitra Rishta ..........so Why will Shravni not use the only weapon she has to push her back . Manav there is using both ladies for his goals . So this SICK SILSILA CONTINUES . EVERYONE IS PLAYING THIS PATTA GAME WITH INTENSE FOCUS .😆😆😆😆😆

Not to be outdone Satish too jumped in this game to blackmail Dharmesh . Normally Satish is very very sensible but this time his arguments were AS ridiculous as Archnas . His Only arguments were ........
I too am a Partner and I was NOT notified ................PARTNERS R NOT NOTIFIED FOR EVERY LITTLE THING unless they r BOARDROOM DECISIONS OR POLICY DECISIONS . Satish Has NOT insisted about being notified about Prakashs FIRING .
If Manav is nOT REINSTATED I WILL GIVE UP AS PARTNER ............a highly immature , stupid way of talking and deciding things ...very unlike his mature character . Satish is bringing EMOTIONS in business . Pressurizing Dharmesh this way is simply not done .Problems in company r not solved all the time by threatening to QUIT .
Satish is not wondering as a partner what answer he will give the union if Prakash goes to it and demands he shud be reinstated just like Manav . The Union will ask workers to go on STRIKE . And all this for ONE WORKER . Who REALLY broke the discipline . Who INSISTED HE WILL GO ON BREAKING tHE DISCIPLINE .WHO INSISTED HE WONT APOLOGIZE EVEN !
My comment : I am SHOCKED at Satish and I hATE CVS for butchering this refreshing character . They cud have shown him handling the issue in another way .
The Woman who Archna worships ............SAVITA was meanwhile busy backstabbing her ONCE AGAIN by dwelling on Shravnis words . Shravnis PRACTICAL BITTER TRUTHS HAD SUNK IN AND MADE A POINT WITH HER . If Archna is causing physical harm , financial loss and problems to Sachu , BETTER IF SHE IS OUT OF OUR LIVES she said ruthlessly , showing the flare of OLD SAVITA . So much for her great love for Archna and all that weeping .
My comment : Archna desrves it . Archna has worshipped and worshipped this bogus woman as if she was MOTHER TERESA . Savita opted for SAchu over Archu a long time back and stuck to it .When she realised it can nEVER be SACHU AND ARCHU TOGETHER she has now conveniently decided to side with Shravni and KICK ARCHU OUT AGAIN . Its not Savitas fault ...she is focussed on her goal .........Sachu .Even Manav is not so important to her as Sachu who is in her mind her favorite son SACHIN .
Archna sided with tyhis woman and did NAMAK HARAAMI with her boss by keeping silent in front of the workers as if in agreement with what this woman was saying . As supervisor she shud have shut SAvita up or hurriedly taken her into cabin , before Savita talked of LOCK UP in front of WORKERS .She didnt . Archna desrves this backstabbing .Even that day after RAIN scene when she had come to placate Shravni , Savita had not shown recognition to her . Its Archnas decision to worship Manav and Savita ..no body else can be blamed .
As far as poor Dharmesh goes who was painted as a Scrooge today , I wish to say this
ALL workers r poor , they cannot be given jobs back just coz their mommies come fighting for them if they r in the wrong
He ran the company perfectly with a strict discipline and a compassionate Heart . He is just a no nonsense kinda guy and thats not a crime but an asset ...........its Archna who does all nonsense
He did perfect justice with both Manav and Prakash ..............
He is oh so NOT a SPOILT RICH GUY who doesnt know the VALUE OF MONEY ...........He Was demanding even a RUPEE back from the iCE CREAM SELLER . CVS fORGOT HOW HE WAS INTRODUCED .And he gave money to a guy whose family was sick and demaned his wedding expenses were CUT DOWN . MORAL OF THE STORY : DHARMESH DID A BIG MISTAKE BY TEARING UP ARCHNAS RESIGNATION LETTER . He Has NOw officially PAVEd the WAY for BECOMING A CONFIRMED BHIKAARI .
