That is still very good GM.
This NGO that Sushant has recommended Voice , that seems very good . they are working for a good cause , ver yvery good cause ..
He should have given some address or email address of this NGO so people can find out more about it .
At present I am feeling sa bad about something .
There is this girl in Pakistan , she helped my mother so much in her last year ....she used to work in our house in Pakistan . then when my mother dies , I really looked after her ....did all I could financially for her . very very hard working deserving girl .She worked so hard to make her house and everything ..
In the recent floods in Pakistan, the girl lost everything ...every single thing ...the entire house is finished .
I called her yesterday .....she cried so much ..
Why is God sometimes so unfair ...I just don't get it ...

Awww....... Tanya Di, now even I'm sad.

I think God gives us bad times so that we can introspect and make ourselves better in any big or small way. I think they help in making us stronger.

Besides, I believe that when God takes away with one hand, he returns a lot more with the other hand. Mark my words, everything will be alright for your friend.

Did you guys see the new promo .
They both seem determined . Archana is stil ldetermined that now manav should forget her and marry shravani ...But what surprised me was manav ...he looks extra determined ....don't know about what though ??
And what is this ' maine faisla kar liya hai ' ...
You know how this man is when he does a faisla ...Nothing in this world can shake him ....
He is even more determined to see his faisla through , compared to Archana ..
I really want to know his faisla ...

I am all for socialist Archana as well, but the way they mixed it in the storyline was not nice. Here she was not genuinely concerned about all the workers, or even both the workers- Prakash and Manav. She was interested in only one worker-Manav and she used the whole issue to highlight his poverty and get the job back. If she is so concerned about workers then why not fight for Prakash too.

And that is why I didn't like it. There was no need to take Dharmesh to Vandu's slum and Manav's chawl and all that- why didn't she just show the slums from the road (In mumbai there are a lot of slums) if she really wanted to highlight workers condition and all. Quite clearly it was aimed at creating PITY for Manav. She was displaying the poverty of her 'Bhagwan'.

I would have liked it more if she had not interfered in these stupid ways and instead encouraged MAnav to find another job.

It is never too late to build empathy. In fact, it is a hallmark of some great companies, e.g. TATAs. Social responsibility and profitability do not have to be mutually exclusive. in fact when both go hand in hand, it is the best mantra for success, profits, goodwill for the company and happiness and roji roti for the aam aadmi.

Prakash clearly crossed the line of human decency when he attacked Manav with intent of severe harm. his motives were of pure envy and revenge.

Any good organization would have a process to deal with worker's disciplinary issues. This company clearly works on nepotism in hiring then why does it show the rules card in disciplinary action. Of course, if there was a due process, the motivation could be ascertained and the punishment could fit the crime.

Again, some of you are saying why she took Dharmesh to Vandu and Manav's chawl and why not just any worker's home. I don't see anything wrong. Archu knew these places and chose to highlight the importance of livelihood. the important part was to let someone who cares about profits and reputation become aware of another aspect of life and his contribution to the society.

Those who are well off do have a higher burden to help the less fortunate. that is the reason why so many folks do charity ( many even anonymously). Being compassionate, having an awareness of the impact of one's decisions are again good qualities for those who have the capacity to influence the lives of the less fortunate.

I can sense a big clash coming up between both Manav and Archana .
Archana saying that after stringing Shravani for 2 years yo ucannot let her down now and savita should not be without sachu and also sachu needs yo uas his dad..
Manav saying , in that case yo ushould have stayed away ....Now I am too much in love with yo uto look anywhere else ..No more lies to Shravani , I am telling her the truth about my feelings .
And you will have to come back to me again .....

Anjali,
Agree with whatever u hav said.
I ,for one, hate nepotism.Archana and Ajit getting a job was not OK with me.
Prakashs' intentions may be such but he took care to fight it out outside office premises.
So,Dharmesh actually had one excuse to fire him that is for spreading rumours and disrespecting seniors.Normally, people first get a warning for such issues and then ultimately they r fired. We dont see Prakash getting a warning or anything.
Wouldnt it hav been better had Archana done this bit at some other time,in a more general sense? It clearly was a case of rescuing Manav.
As I said earlier,we do hav workers' union and workers stand up for each other.
My point is if they wanted to show workers' plight, show it in general...dont limit it to Manavs' goodness or to justify his unruly behaviour infront of Dharmesh.
