I don't know why they are stretching this factory and job wala issue so much. Frankly speaking I don't want Manav to go and work in that factory again. I want him to repair the car of a guy from a rival company, who has a keen and experienced eye and understands that Manav has a good technical knowledge. He should offer Manav a good job as a supervisor or something in his own company and Manav should happily accept it. Then we can have both ArMan as supervisors and Dharmesh should be horrified when the rival company starts doing much better under MAnav's technical supervision and he realizes that he lost the diamond he had under the heap of coals for so long. They made Archana as a supervisor in a FACTORY, a post that should have gone to a technical guy like Manav. Where was Satish when this stupid decision was made by Dharmu?

BTW, Satish has less scenes but he rules in whatever scene he is present. I like him now, not that much but still.

I like your suggestions. I will add one more suggestion- Show Manav bonding with Sachu. Show him trying to bond with the baby even if he is not able to bond with Shravani. And this cos he is marrying for Sachu's sake, so it should be shown that he genuinely cares and loves the baby, and is true towards him, even if he considers Shravani only his zimmedari. CV's- show that Shravani may be his zimmedari, but Sachu is not just his zimmedari- that he is a precious little diamond for his Kaka (cos I know he won't ever be Sachu's papa since Manav-Shravani will never get married). I desperately want to see scenes of them together, even if it is a little one at the beginning of another one, which shows Manav helping Sachu to walk, or anything like that. I'm sick and tired of seeing him crying and being bugged by the three ladies all the time. The baby at least keeps him happy, so show him bonding with the baby.

Plus the baby is very cute. I demand that CV's give more footage to cute people in the show (Manav, Sachu, Punni) rather than the bekar ka rona dhona and useless Varsha- Bhavna scenes.

Liked the episode. I'm feeling very bad for Vinod. I always liked his character, even if he comes across as a tubelight at times. I hope he meets some nice girl in one of his trips in train, and a love story starts in DDLJ style. The girl should turn out to be very sensible and caring, and get attached to Ruchi-Punni and he should propose to her while Manju watches with a horrified expression. Then she should blast her mother that this happened bcos of you and throw her out of the house. Maza ayega!!!!

i agree with u nikita .. CV must explore the manav,sachu track.. it will have a lot of potential and also partly defend manav's decision to take divorce...
indian serials/movies never explore the father-son relationship much except for a handful few..
it will sure be a break from archu/shrav and savita bickering over sachuu.

Loved the Minchoo part....and i think Dharmesh is right....there are so many people who face similar situation as Manav's but one has to draw a line between the personal and professional lives....

Arey there are so many possibilities if they explore this track. We can see Shravani observing this relationship and understanding that it is in the best interest of Sachin to be Manav's nephew and not his legally adopted son, cos otherwise Manav will always have the feeling somewhere that 'bcos of Sachu I had to separate from my love.' We can see Shravani saying (after their marriage breaks) that he can still meet Sachu sometimes cos the baby obviously has got attached to him, plus we have to admit that Manav has really betted his life and happiness for the baby.

But I think these are very big expectations. I on the other hand, think this would make the show a little realistic for me- people observing and introspecting.

Manav does not need this baby as much as this baby needs his Uncle Manav .Manav can have other children in his life .
