Tb darling dont say that .U know I await ur comments .I want ur opinion on Dharmus stand .
I haven't bothered watching much of this show this week, as I've been busy with work for debate (school starts on Monday 😭). From what I have read though I think I have a good understanding of what's going on with Dharmesh and his stand, so it will be based on that.
From my point of view, Prakash and Manav have not been laid off, but blatantly FIRED due to misconduct. When someone is fired they usually have surpassed the level when one would receieve notices or warnings. Even when people are laid off they often don't receive notice. It's happened to some people in my family. The company is downsizing or outsourcing, and one day you show up to work and they call you in, hand you your letter and information on how to give reference of the company to future employers, tell you that you will receive payment for X amount of weeks, and then ask you to leave quietly or be escorted by the security present. In my opinion neither Prakash nor Manav deserved any type of notice. For Prakash it's obvious and for Manav, even though his intention was noble in his eyes, it really was the wrong move. Violence is not the answer and he clearly broke rules by engaging in gross misconduct via a brawl. He should have gone to Dharmesh, or better yet, Satish and told him what's going on or asked Ajit to do it if he felt it awkward.
Thus I will say that I think Dharmesh is right in firing Manav as his actions called for only that. Many will disagree but that's what I think.
Edit add: Dharmesh is also right in not accepting the resignation blackmail from Archana. She is being silly and will become sillier as she drags him to the chawl, which he will most likely fall for because the shakkar philosophy will always trump all in this show.
