Hello everyone ,
Yesterday's show gave us three nominees ..they are Archana , Dharmesh and Girish Ji (😕😆 , I guess because he bought a huge plush apartment for his daughter so one vote to him for that ) ...
The runner up and Winner are as follows ..

Dharmesh was practical, sensible and he followed protocol when he first fired Prakash and then Manav .
There were other ways the issue could have been handled . Using such extreme violence ( bashing the guy's head against the wall ) at work premises can never ever be allowed at any big company .
No matter what his reason was , Manav should have taken the complain to Jay and not physically assult Prakash .
Dharmesh also handled Prakash very sensibly when he fired him not for beating up Manav but for talking cheap and spreading rumours for a senior executive ...

After a long time Archana has started to use her brains .
She immediately understood that behind the smiles and the polite talk , Shravani had another motive ....that to get Manav to leave his job and to keep him away from Archana ...
Some will like that she is now so focussed on Manav, some will not like it , I am one of those who don't like it ..
Neverrtheless , she is not letting anyone take her for a ride and pretty much can see through people .
She also payed a visit to her mother and now has some idea that all is not exactly well there too ...Let's see what she will do about this situation today .
She was the main person who persuaded Dharmesh to punish the person who beat up Manav and got Prakash sacked from the company .
Manav too got the sack...obviously she will apply her full Shakkar force and whatever she has to stop Manav loosing his job....
She wins with a majority of 5 votes ...
Lovely to see Sushita doing so well for themselves and doing events and shows .. Hope they make lots of money and go for even more shopping trips ...We have stalkers out there who will keep a watch on them ......
