Just look at the reasons Dharmu gave .He was very very fair . Since legally nothing can be proven against Prakash he didnt even use that excuse to fire him .He told him , Im Not even talking of that issue . Im firing u for spreading false rumors about ur superior and spoiling work atmosphere .

With Manav ...........He did NOT go to Dharmu to verbally complain about Prakash . Both times he tackled on his own . He banged Prakashs head till he bled on the wall , what if he had died ? Archna is being very very unfair and silly here .Dharmy HAS to follow protocol , he is running a company , not a samaaj seva Kendra .

Archana gets my vote! I am enjoying the fact that Shravani no longer gets to her, she no longer takes what Shravani dishes out and thinks about herself instead - good for her! Its about time the Shravani worshipping ended. I also enjoyed the scene where Archana tried to get through to Dharmesh who is more concerned with his company's reputation than those who work for him.

I can't wait until tommorow, Archana looks angry, look out Manju! :)

That's it . Very wrong , very unprofessional ...She is lucky that she got an oppurtunity like this but still....she is a gone case Kool...I have given up on her . Now that her aim in life ( or rather what the CVs want from this character after the leap ) is clear to me ...it is no point hoping for anything , she just won't do it ...the only things she will do are the ones that would benefit Manav and make him happy ....

I think the writers tried for a while to give Archana the angle that she wants to run away from manav ,by disconnecting phones running away ....but that did not go down well with the audience who are only interested in seeing Sushant and Ankita in one frame ........

what to do ...

The CVs cannot even bring them back as yet as this is the carrott they want to dangle ....

This is all just very stupid .
