He is not her hubby and dont think ever will be because of the way he is bashing coworkers..removing all shravani gussa on coworkers. He should really give up shravani...she is a bad medicine of life and no one can live permanently like this...savita, damo, manav and archana all are fed up..then for this there is only one way..tell shravani to leave with the bachcha and she will how difficult it is to live alone and bring up the child...money cannot buy respect for the child...manav can have other children of his own..with his lovelady

My Vote is for Archana.

No one has the right to ask someone else to give up their livelihood. Shravni could have asked Archana to commit to only professional relationship with Manav ie not treat him differently than any other worker. That would have been justified request.

Just because we predict that shravni is going to loose everything in the end, we cannot justify all her actions stemming from her insecurities.

My kimti vote goes to my baby ....Archana Karanjkar ...🥳

Two reasons ....

1. Telling Shravani ' I am not listening to you no more and I have had enough of you ' .

2. Feeling bad that Ajit did not get the bonus , that means her heart doesn't melts for Manav only . She is such a lovely person ....she feels for everyone ....😭

Also liked Dharmesh and Jaywant . Jaywant's advise for Archana was good , however I felt some negativity in the way he spoke so harshly about not being soft to the workers ....I could be wrong , but I feel that he is very different from Archana ..

Dharmesh was adorable today .

Totally hated .

Manjusha ...I can't stand her , she should be divorced ASAP.

Shravani .....what a brat ...what a way to demand Archana to give a sacrifise ...very ungrateful person .

mandy was right yesterday , do not expect her to ever think rationally for Archana ....she just is not capable . What I don't understand is why she is not making these demands on her so called husband ..

But the person I hated even more than Shravani and Manjusha was savita today .

At least manjusha and Shravani are whta they are ...what about this woman ..

Even after seeing how down in the dumps her son is , she is not telling him ....I don't want Sachu , he is doing well ...You go get Archana back .....

And when Damodar tells her the truth , she quickly walks away ....

The worst thing in Manav's life is his mother ..

Even after all my anger towrds him ...I felt bad for Manav . He is so sad and depressed ...Shravani is clearly makign him into a very frustrated unhappy guy .

The only time he had a smile on his face was when he was thinking about vaishu .....

It's his fault ... he always has backed his mother who is a very wrong person ...and then another selfish person like Shravani ...

Now bear the consequences ..

Archu said to Shravani that she will make sure that Manav will nto leave this job...how will she do that ??

Also when Shraavni said ' I will get rid of Archana , I don't care how low I have to go down to do it ...that seems very worrying to me ...
