Lovely commentary as always!!!

I haven't read all the posts, and I'm also commenting very late, I know, actually I fell asleep in front of the laptop.

Am I the only person here who is not happy??? This is absolutely not how I had wanted the story to go. None of the horrible people have got punishment for their actions. Savita improved, Ajit improved. It is only ArMan who are still suffering that too for mistakes. While Savita and Ajit have done such crimes that could drive people to suicides. The punishment they got was meted out through pain given to other people, completely innocent. I mean this is how it looks:

1.) To teach Savita a lesson, Bappa took away Sachin.
2.) To teach Savita a lesson, Bappa gave Vandu a most horrible and demeaning life.

Agreed that Savita got her justice in this horrible way, but what was the fault of Sachin AND Vandu???? Why did Bappa punish them to give Savita a punishment???

I don't like this poetic justice track.

Same here with Ajit now. All he got for punishment was poverty. And it seems that the poverty and the situations attached to them have changed him (mom taunting, manav helping, vandu standing by him). Believable, quite believable. But again, I had never wanted it to happen this way. This is hardly any punishment for the crimes he has done.

Secondly, I don't understand what the CV's wanted to show through Vandu's character- lick your husband's boots even if he is the most disgusting in the world, and then don't leave him. It would have been so much better if they had shown that Vandu LEAVES him and goes away, then Ajit becomes poor and slowly changes and she tries to help me. What is the point of showing a woman so foolishly pativrata and pampering her husband for the wrong things (cos its not that Ajit changed as soon as they become poor. His initial reaction must have been like Rasika's. He has changed slowly. So did Vandu put up with that sort of behavior too???)

Savita gone, Ajit gone- with hardly any paschataap, only regret. I don't know what sort of justice this is to the characters by PR creatives. I didn't want any emotional pain or anything else, but at least some good punishment in the beginning and then showing them improving LATER would have satisfied me so much as a viewer. I wanted Manju to changed with time, cos she was selfish but not THAT BAD. (in the beginning) That never happened, and Manju is just turning nastier.

For months waited to hear Manav blast and break relations with Savita for Archana's abuse. Never happened.

For months waited for Ajit to get some nice solid punishment. Never happened.

Now I hope that at least Rasika is punished.

I'm happy that the story is moving forward in quite a believable way from Ajit's side, but I don't know, I'm sort of disatisfied. Purely my opinion.

Forgot to add one more thing- Archana saying that she should be the one to thank Ajit for sending her into the brothel cos she met Manav there is DISGUSTING to say the least. Ewwwwwwwwwww......

Nicki , I am so unhappy the way Archana's character is shaping up . Post the leap she was better , she was avoiding manav and trying to move on but now she is a total lunatic ...
