Hey Hope!!!

Excellent rantings!! I agree with each and every point.

Even I liked it that they showed a glimpse of the old Manav. What I don't understand is- why couldn't they show all this during the 3- month stay? Cos right now the track is going exactly like I'd wanted it to go at that time. It wouldn't have been difficult at all to show these same things- Manav realising that he is too much in love with Archana to ever forget her etc.... why did these people shove the divorce down our throats?

But now that the kids r with manju,the maidan is clear-

1) manju cannot come back with xcus,am back to be with kids-wud have put the Ks in a spot.

2)Vinod needs to show whether he means business - he shud file for divorce,he can always contest for custody,it doesnt matter that kids r with manju now for it.

3)If somebody interferes,he jus gotto tell archu/sulo - this is between hubby and wife,nothing to do with kids anymore,kids r with her anyways,where am I doin injustice

4)vinod shud be manav's age only.Will be nice to see vinod marrying shravni,anyway shravni lost sachin directly due to manju's vile,manju shud now lose her prized hubby as compensation,ha!

Shravani was selfish in her decision to keep him and have him. had nothing to do with baby. just an adolescent crush for a young vibrant boy that arose from a whirlwind romance. the girl was immature, the boy was immature and their immaturity is the evidenced in Sachu's conception.

Archana and Manav were going through a relationship rollercoaster when they agreed to do this. their reasons though charitable were the biggest crime anyone could ever commit on this child. Compared to his current situation. adoption would have been a prefferred alternative. with the way that adoption procedures are done these days, the qualification fo the parents is so stringent that he would have ended up with parents that loved him, were mature to handle parenthood and financially well off. yet here he is - destroyed before he can walk.

Girish - for a practical level headed man- reason and common sense deserted him and still deserts him at the most important decision of his life.

for the sake of a name that does the child no good, he has doomed the child' future, his health even probably.

he has acted as a loving father an indulgent father but an irresponsible parent and grandparent. his faith is misplaced, his logic is faulty and his unconditional support for his daughter's misguided decisions are probably his biggest sin as far as Sachu is concerned. he will regret it later.

I slightly disagree on that grish was solely responsible for the state of sachu. he like many Indian parents was worried about the future of his unwed pregnant daughter. he was in favour of abortion, but Manav intervened & offered to marry Shravani to save the child.may be if Manav would not have proposed both father & daughter would have made some decision on their own.Now shavani situation is like an expensive ship parked in murky shores & afraid to move into the open waters.
