Savita tried to stop Manav from going to work as he's sick, but he still goes
Satish tells Varsha to let go of her anger and Varsha says she's trying but it's not easy

Sulochana goes to persuade Savita to come to Manju's baby shower
Shravni is shouting at Sulochana and Manav stops her

Vaishu gets another proposal and they have no problem with Archu's divorce

Vinod tells Manju that Rasika shouldn't have given the papers for the flat infront of everyone and they have a fight
Archu is crying and tells Sulochana why she can't do anything for herself
She says she wants to be an ordinary person and live with her husband and doesn't want to be mahan anymore
Sulochana consoles her saying her thinking is right June 28
Damodhar tells Manav that his last wish is for Archu and him to be together
Manav's conscious speaks to him and tries to guide him to do the right thing
Varsha tells Satish that she loves him
Vaishu is getting ready to see another guy and doesn't see the point in all of this
Savita tells Rasika that Vandu isn't alone and that she'll support her
Archu sees Manav in a market so she tries to go away and Manav tries to talk to her
Archu says she doesn't want to speak to him and she leaves but goes back later to try to find him but can't find him June 29
Girish wants Shravni's bidaai to take place at his house and he wants a grand wedding instead of a simple one like Manav wanted
The guy comes to meet Vaishu and they both accept the proposal
Manav tells Tarun his problems
Manav asks for more time from Dharmesh to pay back his loan and he agrees
Satish and Varsha come to Archus house and Varsha teases Vaishu about her marriage
Manav and Savita have an emotional talk June 30
Girish asks Savita if Manav can come to his house tonight to meet some of his friends
Rasika comes to Archu's house with keys for the new flat and Vinod and her start fighting
Sulochana breaks them up and tells Vinod to go with Manju
Vinod and Sulochana have an emotional talk with each other
Ajit is drunk and tells Rasika that he lost all of the money he put in the business
Ajit and Rasika start fighting and Ajit was about to hit Rasika but Vandu calms Ajit down
Urmila comes to Varsha's house and says she's pregnant, and Bhavana tells her to go back to Ashwin since she is pregnant
Varsha hears this and starts arguing with Bhavana
Urmila calls Satish and tells him what's going on and he comes home
Satish arrives home and Bhavana and Varsha start fighting again and Satish slaps Varsha
Varsha leaves the house and Manav sees this and tries to stop her from leaving
Manju and Vinod leave the house July 1
Vinod and Manju leave Archu's house to go to their flat
Varsha comes to Archu's house and makes an excuse that she is missing them
Shravni comes to Archu's house and tells everyone that Manav didn't come to the party because he was solving Satish and Varsha's problem
Varsha calls Manav and tells him what Shravni did and Manav says he'll try to fix it
Manav tells Shravni he will never love her and he will always love Archu
Archu and Manav are in their own homes and both are remebering each other
Damodhar is sure that the wedding won't happen and doesn't go to Shravni's house for the wedding
Manav's family arrive at Shravni's house for the wedding
Shravni ran away and Archu comes to Shravni's house and says Shravni called her before leaving
Savita says that Archu and Manav are meant to be together and Girish agrees
Savita brings sindoor and tells Manav to fill Archu's maang with it July 2
Savita brings sindoor and tells Manav to put it on Archu
Archu thinks about Shravni's future and steps back before Manav puts sindoor on her
Archu tells Manav to think about Shravni and the baby's future
Archu says we made Shravni feel Manav will love her so how can they do this to her
Archu tells everyone that Shravni called her saying she's leaving forever because she doesn't want to be a burden on Manav and Manav can't ever love her
Archu begs Manav to bring Shravni back before she leaves and Manav says yes
Manav and Archu find Shravni at the train station
Manav apologizes for what he told Shravni yesterday and to think about her child's future
He tells her that Archu isn't trying to steal him from her and tells her to come home
Manav and Archu bring Shravni back home and Archu says bye to everyone since she won't be coming back in their lives
Archu tells Manav she'll treasure the memories she has with him forever
Manav stops her and tells her that he'll always be connected to her
They pour their hearts out to each other and they both walk in separate ways

Dialogue Male and Female of the Fortnight

Ek aurat ke zindagi mein uska pati ke saat mein hona, apne aap mein bohut maine rakta hain.Pati ke jagah koi nahi le sakta - Bhavna Aai Ahem! *Cough cough* Am I hearing these words from the very women who made her son chose between his wife and herself? Where did all this "pati-ka-saath-hona-bohut-zaroori-hain" idea go when Bhavna Aai was feuding with Varsha? Why was she so against Satish supporting Varsha if this is what she really thinks? Why is Bhavna Aai so contradictory in her beliefs? How is it that Ashwin actually gets more credit than Satish does? I was honestly very surprised when I heard those words from Bhavna Aai! This dialogue makes it here this fortnight because it holds a lot of depth' it means the world to a woman to have her husband's trust, and I wish Bhavna Aai had garnered these feelings a little earlier on! Aai main aisi kyun hoon ayi? Main kyun sirf apne baare mein nahi soch sakti, kyun apni khushiyon ke bare mein nahi soch sakti ayi? Mujhe Bapa ne aisa kyun banaya ki main doosron mein hi apni khushiyan doondti hoon? Ayi, main aam ladki banna chahti hoon, main apni zindagi jeena chahti hoon...apne pati ke saat, apne pyaar ke saath. Nahi banna mujhe koi mahan/vahan ayi...nahi lutani mujhe apni khushiya kisi aur ke liye... - Archana UFF TAUBA!! This week was filled with conflicting dialogues! I think a lot of people were really holding on to this scene and the dialogues in here, hoping to see our ArMan together! For the first time in the entire show, we see a change from the usually selfless Archana. We hoped that after this realization, Archana would consider the prospect of going back to Manav'but alas, the last episode of the fortnight proved us wrong! I mean, if she had to be this selfless and self-sacrificing anyway, what was this dialogue all about then? UMPH!
Star Male and Female of the Fortnight
By: loveabletwinz Since we didn't have any noteworthy performances from any of the female characters this fortnight, we won't split this section into two. But to compensate for the lack of a star female, we have TWO star males this fortnight. You probably already guessed one of our star males, and the second one might be an usual pick for the fortnight, but read on and see if you agree with me :) Our first male pick is, without a doubt, Manav' we have to give the man kudos for finally speaking his heart out and showing Shravani where she stands in his life. I couldn't have been more proud of Manav in this entire show. It was about time Shravini had a reality check' she needs to realize that by acting like Archana, she is not going to make a place in Manav's heart' and most of all, bashing the Karanjikar's is definitely not going to go down well with Manav' so it was about time she grew up and realized that there is more at stake than she realizes! And our second star male is unusual because he rarely ever makes the cut for this section. If there was any man who could have stunned Rasika Aai, it had to be Ajit! He gave her the kind of short sharp shock she needs to straighten her act up. Rasika just needed that one shockwave that would set her on the right path, and it came in the form of Ajit. Hopefully Ajit's outburst has stunned Rasika enough for her to drop all her evil scheming and live a good life, so for whatever outcome we may get in the future, here's sending a shout out for Ajit :)
Star Actor and Actress of the Fortnight

This fortnight again this section will not be split into male and female, not because there is one Star Actor or multiple, but because there aren't any. Looking through the performances in the past fortnight, none stand out as being remotely noteworthy. Part of this is to be blamed on the writing team, as it seems that they changed the entire story overnight. Consequently, the actors have been shooting for long hours without sleep, a situation not conducive of brilliant performances. Also, some of the story becomes so overdramatic or illogical at times, that one cannot help but present their character with a confused expression or just ham their way through the scene. Thus no actor was worthy of being the Star Actor of the Fortnight, although Sushant Singh Rajput does get a shout out for finally investing in a good haircut.
Sequence of the Fortnight

Again, a most frustrating fortnight with few ArMan scenes, and the ones we got to see were enough to set our blood boiling. The ArMan scene of the fortnight was the last scene before the leap, when Archana and Manav confessed to each other (in front of almost 200 guests and Girishji's relatives and all the family members and Shravani too) what they truly meant to each other, about how their relationship and love was so pure that it could not be understood or deciphered by common folks (read: US) and finally parted ways. While it was meant to be a highly emotional scene to see lovers parting, with some very strong dialogues about relationships not of name, but of the heart, the whole scene was a big let down... considering that all the dialogues made for excellent reading material but were impractical, unethical and did not evoke any feelings in the heart of an ArMan fan- no sadness, no nostalgia, no tears- only frustration, and a desire to hit a shoe at the TV on seeing a lovely story gone horribly wrong. And so this particular ArMan scene stands out in the history of all ArMan scenes. Ekta and company, thumbs down to you for this one!!! We need our own simple ArMan back, not this Devi-Devta whom we cannot identify with.
Best Family Scene of the Fortnight
By: loveabletwinz We didn't have too many family scenes this fortnight, but we did have a small scene which, if you weren't looking closely, you might have missed. This was the scene when Varsha and Satish come home to the Karanjikar's and Satish suggests that the whole family have dinner together. The scene looked like something pulled out from a normal person's dining room. Watching the whole family sitting around the dining table and eating together seemed so real, so it makes up the best family scene of the fortnight.
Mr. and Ms. Head Turner [Style Icon] of the Fortnight

Mr. Head Turner : The Mr. Head Turner spot for this fortnight goes to Manav because he was really the only one who got to wear something a little different. Sushant looked handsome as ever in his kurta and pulled off the look to the T! Also, Vinod gets special mention just because he looks very simple and "middle-class" in his dress pants and un-tucked shirts!
Ms. Head Turner : Since quite a large part of the fortnight was focused around Vaishali and her marriage proposals, Vaishali got to wear a lot of different outfits this fortnight. She looked ever so gorgeous and beautiful in each one of the sarees and salwar suits she wore. Also, even though we are not really fan's of the character, we have to give Shravini a little credit. She did look pretty on the night of her wedding' I mean, not everyone can pull off a pregnancy belly in a saree :D

Such a blah fortnite ....seriously for once i thought the show was heading for a Arman reunion but alas when can i be right seriously ...except for the Sasha bit....where in Varsha tells Satish she loves him ... there is nothing to really boast abt this fortnite . Arman ...how much they frustrate me ....that i have stopped watching this show ages ago ....I mean just what kind of relationship are the creatives trying to show ...once Manav is married to Shravani ..then any relation he keeps with Archana will be apavitra ...so whats the point of the show and the so called Pavitra rishta .....and with the show taking a tiny leap ...i can only expect the worst !!!!! As for manju leaving karanjkars ...what a relief ..atleast one family can live in peace !!!!! Rating this fortnite:2.5/5 (purely for Sasha ...and some Arman bits)
Expectations for next Fortnight

Pavitra Rishta has now taken a year leap and it seems to have been a quick decision. As a result, it does not seem that most of the next fortnight has even been written or shot for yet. There is no bank of episodes, as evident from a comment by Sushant on how scenes shot on Monday will be on air by Tuesday or Wednesday. Thus sources provide little information on what is to come. All that is known is that preparations are on for Vaishali's wedding and the rest of the story is to unfold in the coming weeks. How many more times will Manav and Archana bump into each other without recognizing it? Is Damodar still alive? Did Kaka have cardiac arrest? Are Manav and Shravani married? What happened between Satish and Varsha? How has Ajit and Vandita's relationship changed, if at all? Is Rasika still planning with her malicious mind? Where did Tarun go? Who is Vaishali getting married to? Why are so many tracks of this show so illogical? Why is the character of Shravani, and the actress who portrays her, given so much importance? When will this story do something progressive? When will Ekta get a better wardrobe for herself? As always, expect the unexpected on Pavitra Rishta

Interviewee ' piya_10 1.) How did you come across I-F? How has your journey been uptil now?
Googling for PR brought me here well actually after a long time I was impressed by a daily soap and while searching for info about Sushita I came across IF. It's been quite an amazing journey, never did I realize I'll have so much fun interacting with the members, IF has b'come a 2nd home for me. 2.) What was the first thing that hooked you to Pavitra Rishta?
The lead and the promo '..actually I missed the first episode, my sis called me and told me u have to watch this show'it's refreshing and the guy is really cute. 3.) What were your expectations from the show? To what extent have they been fulfilled?
I don't expect much from soaps '..esp from BT soaps, but the initial story line about middle class life and a real love story between 2 almost identical ppl (sounds boring but the chemistry did the trick)got me hooked. As I said it's ridiculous to have expectations from Balaji soaps so the 2nd part of the Q doesn't apply '.however the only grudge I have is how the CVs slowly and painfully destroyed the love story and the characters of the leads esp. Manav 4.) Which is the quality of Archana and Manav that you most admire?
At this point it's a li'l difficult to answer this Q but I guess the goodness of the characters, their humility and simplicity is what drew me to them 5.) Which qualities of the duo do you utterly dislike?
Hmm !! I think sometimes yr strength b'comes yr weakness 'both Manav and Archana r such noble, kind beings that ppl take advantage of their virtues '..being good is nice but u gotta b practical as well ''this impractical and please all attitude is what makes me cringe at times (both r so alike that I clubbed them together) 6.) Now that the divorce has finally taken place, what makes you still follow PR?

This is my first forum, honestly I have never visited any (except for ZND) so I guess it's diff to compare / judge but what I love about this forum is it's amiable ambiance and the lively discussions that we have on a daily routine and Im quite hooked. 8.) If you had to plan your entry into PR as a new character what would it be?
Kaka is single and ready to mingle rite '.. jokes apart I wud like to portray a character who wud help the idiotic love birds to realize their idiocy and redeem their future by taking a practical stance 'so what if it breaks a few hearts ..atleast they'll be spared from life long misery. 9.) Which is your favourite scene in PR? How do you want the track to shape from where it is right now?
My fav' scene has to be the one that took place the night b'fore SN puja '.the emotional heart to heart that ArMan shared '..the imp of husband wife being friends came across beautifully ''. Hmm !! the current situation is so bad that it's diff to think of a practical solution '.well actually the CVs r thinking of a leap'so if it really takes place I hope they show 2 yrs leap where Shravni has disappeared from ArMan's life 'she can either keep the baby or give it to the Ds '.there are numerous possibilities of her going away '' death being one of them'but I want her to finally realize what a weirdo she's been '..that u cannot force someone to love u or destroy ppl's life to fulfill yr whims and leave ArMan on her own''forever !! 10.) In which type of roles do you wish to see Sushant and Ankita in the future?
Both r gifted dancers so I wud love to see them in dance based shows '.. Sushant should have waited for something like JDJ rather then participate in this high voltage drama called ZND . I would also love to see Sushant in an action packed role he'll b terrific and Ankita maybe in a comic role 'she's got a funny bone 11.) Which other shows do you watch regularly? Who are your other favourite actors in Tellyland?
