Manav found room number 102. Before he could enter into the room, he heard a mild female voice asking for help from the nearby room. Manav went closer to the room and put his ears over the door. Now he could hear it clearly. A lady voice cried out, "Leave me. Somebody save me". Manav stormed into the room to see a guy trying to rape a girl. He He pulled the guy from the girl and started to fight with him. Atlast the guy pushed Manav to the floor and ran out of the room. Manav turned to see that girl crying hysterically and folded her hands to thank him. The girl said, "Dada, I'm Piya. I got a wrong information and came here and this idiot tried to rape me. Thank you for saving me." Manav replied, "Wait Piya I'll finish my job and come. I'll drop you at your home."

(At the Deshmukhs) Manav came home at night. Vandu came, "Dada, you came. The tiffin is ready. Change and come soon." Manav went to his room. While removing his shirt, he found something falling out from his pocket. It was a thin silver bracelet. He wondered how it came in his pocket. Then he remembered the girl falling on him when trying to save him. "It must be hers", thought Manav. He kept it safely in his locker and went to eat.

(At the Karanjkars) It was night and all went to sleep. Archana was awake. She looked at her bare hand and thought to herself, "Where did I lose my bracelet? That was given by aai to me for my birthday." Then she remembered saving the guy and falling on him. "It must be lost there", thought Archana and went to sleep.

(At the Karanjkars) It was the next day. Sulochana was busy in the kitchen. Vershu and Vaishu is getting Archu ready as Ajit and Rasika aai was coming to see her.

"Thai, you look very beautiful."

Archu smiles at this comment of her sister. Anyway, her sister did not lie. She looked beautiful in a red saree.

Manju shouted from the hall, "Aai, they came."

At this Sulochana and Manohar welcomes Rasika and Ajit in.

Sulochana folds her hands in welcoming them. Ajit gets blessings from aai/baba.Manju goes and hugs her aai. After the formalities, Rasika started,

"Thai, this is not a sudden decision. I've thought about it for a long time and after asking my beta only, I have taken this decision of asking Archu's hand for Ajit and it is important that you and Archu also accept this rishta whole-heartedly."

"Thai, we are very happy for Archu because she is going to get a good life in your house and we accept this marriage whole-heartedly."

"Happy thai. Let us have the engagement soon , if possible this month itself."

"ok thai", said Sulochana with a grin on her face……………
