Zee TV's Pavitra Rishta is the top television show. We spoke to its members to ask them their reaction to the news.
Sushant Singh Rajput aka Manav said, "It's not new for us and I am happy that our show has maintained its popularity among the audiences and that it has beaten all the leading shows on television. Audences love Manav's and Archana's chemistry and they love the simplicity of the show.
"Further he said that, "I am happy that for the first time I got an award for Best Actor for this show recently at the Gold awards. This award is due to the audience's love and support."
On the show, the next track will unfold with Damodar (Ajay Wadavkar) being admitted to hospital with liver damage. His condition will worsen and the doctors will confirm that he may not live for long without proper care. This particular sequence will again see Manav and Archana come together. Archana will visit Damodar Ji at the hospital. Soon after, Damodar's health will improve and he will be discharged from the hospital.
