Tanya, i know some shakkar is required in every relation. i will need lots of it as i m somewhat like Varsha (not the old one😆 i m very responsible!) i m too strict😳
I always hav a glass of water b4 having anything in the morning!

Okay, lets see...
The time difference has thrown your sleep pattern off....for this you should stay awake all day long and sleep only at night when your hubby sleeps.
Hubby snores....
Eleviate your bed
Make him sleep on his side
Reduce alcohal
Plug your ears LOL
Last resort...sleep in a different room
Turn off other distractions, like watching TV
Image: TV in bed

If that is not the case, then drink hot milk with a banana.

If this does not work, then logon to PR.........

I think you are so right about the jet lag . that is what is happening in my case .It is really horrible .I will not sleep now for a long time today . Maybe I will reach 50 pages in this thread all on my own today ...make some kind of a record ...

your body clock is whacked tanya..your really need to wake a whole day until the night and then go to bed and that will solve your problem
