the basic ingredients are onion, jeera powder, mirch dhania, poweder.

first fry the paneer. now fry the onion. make a tomato paste and put in on the frying onion. one thing. the basic taste will depend on how u have fried the pyaj.

put the paneer in the tomoto pyaj mixturre. then add masalas ( dhania powder, jeera powder, mirchi (little more)...
