He doesn't love her at all . In fact I think Shravani gets on his nerves . But he cares about her hell of a lot more than he cares about Archana's feelings .

The only reason he never tells Shravani or his mother to not abuse Archu is because he does not want to hurt Shravani's feelings , and still you guys feel that he loves Archana ....

I don't know what to say now .

Manav just falls short of saying 'If something would hv happned to you then what would hv happened of me'
