We know that Shravani will turn negative and will hold hands with Ajit. That is when I think Manav will start hating her. Manav is a family guy; he dislikes anybody that supports someone who tries to harm his family. When he finds out that his would be wife is working with the man who has destroyed his and Archana's life and also trying to destroy his sister's life he will turn a complete 180 degree. He is already starting to see the side Shravani's character that he does not like.
