Piya its not a disease of sorts its just what the body is used to. just make it a point to force yourself to go to bed at the right time and wake up at the certain time in the morning. once you get into the habit you won't have problems falling asleep and staying asleep...

Actually I ve shifted to a new a house maybe that's the prob.....new bed ...new room everything is diff 🤔
