should take vitamin B12. there are paper thin strips of this vitamin that just melts in the mouth. sometimes i take 2/day at that time of the month

I had made Rajma and mah dal in the slow cooker. Gave it a good tarka (sauteed onions, garlic, ginger and tomatoes). Put some butter and lots of fresh corianderin the dal and ate with home made roti's....yum yum....

Going to have weight watcher's desert - carrot cake with hot milk later on.
