i dont think there is any TD bank there 😕 i might b wrong since i havent been in that area that much. went there a few times to fed-ex kinkos nd the bus from square one to my house goes from there. i will look around the next time i take the bus!

there is a nice Indian restaurant near our house but its pricy so we visit a few times there.I like their butter chicken. It was Karma, they changed the name to Avani now.

Ok Sid. the restaurant is somewhere around that area, I have forgotten the exact location in 5 years. I will check with my friend with whom we once went together.

school is gud (so far😆). i got a scholarship some days ago😊 i hav midterms next week nd then finals!! so lots of studying going on.

Good morning PRIans , Kools here sipping hot tea , working on something and looking out at the fog that has enveloped outside her house

So i missed the dosa discussion again yesterday . For sid , Tanya etc , it is indeed a very wholesome dish and one can put many vegetables in the sambhar ........eggplant , zuchini , carrots , onions , tomatoes , radish , pumpkin! It is the most hEALTHY dal out there so learn to make it .

good morning all, just sent my son off to school, had my breakfast, and my coffee, now i am playing bob marley songs on my laptop for the hubby, kools you crashed early last night? tanya too. i got a sore throat, i think tanya and kools spread their colds.

Yes Kool I do come on late as I get home around 6-7 PM mountain time meaning it is already 8-9 PM eastern time. I have been missing you quite a bit and am glad that Tanya, Sid and other are still there.

Kool, which daal is used in sambhar? 😕 is it the brown one(we call it masoor ki daal)? i made that daal once nd it was yummy 😃 nd i luv masoor k chawal. hav to learn those 😳

sid toor dal is used . u can get South Indian sambhar masala packet in any Indian store . I will give u recipe if u want .It is very healthy soup too ...u can eat it with plain rice if u cannot make dosas .

i dont know abt toor dal😳 i wil ask my mom!! i will take the recipe later as i wont b cooking anytime soon.
i prefer plain rice as i know how to make those. dosas look complicated 😳
