hey here in the islands we cut up the green mangoes and add salt and hot pepper, sometimes crushed garlic and make a chow (that is what we call it), actually yesterday someone made pineapple chow, it was sooo good, but the thing is i like pepper but pepper doesn't like me..

actually tanya..the kids are keeping me busy, i had to help my daughter prepare for a 500 people charity dinner which was last night, she is the president of the organization, so all the work fell on her shoulders. i went to bed at 3. this morning and then today my son's school had a family day, so i was there today and the sun was soooo darn hotttt...you know that song..feeling hot hot hot!! (that is originally a trinidad song btw) that is how i am feeling...now i am sitting here waiting for a call from my other daughter to let me know when to pick her up from the airport, she went to greneda this weekend and her flight back got delayed.. i tell you it never ends.
