the reason dev and laali won is becuase there characters are very real and positive.
like dev is probably the best husband you can get and i bet all women audiences love him😆.
and laali stands for girl power and her sweet, and energetic image, makes viewers like her.

Yes, both Dev and Laali both deserve the award.They distributed it equally and made everyone happy.I remember during SPA there was big fight amongst SP forums.That might not happen here because everyone won something.😆
