So far in her challenge to Archana, Archana's love is the one winning over hers. That will continue in the coming days and I think Shravani will eventually accept defeat. She'll realize that if she does marry Manav, she won't have his love nor will she replace Archana in his heart and the heart of his family.

If bcoz of her jealousy ,the child dies then everything will come back to square one when Manav thought of his family's happiness only after the jail incident.He surely would feel his mother's agony at having lost sachin's child...I'm not sure if he'll forgive shravani if anything such happens.After this,if decides not to marry her,all the deshmukhs will support him...with the exception of archana.

Manav is clearly driven by his family's,his mother's happiness rather than his own,so it seems his family n mother will be the very reasons why he wont divorce archana.Let see what happens
