I just wish Manav could have exercised a little bit of that anger he showed to Archana and her family after the jailing, when savita aai was taking advantage of Archana.
On another note i wonder what Kools and Tanya would have done to Savita if they were the jailor. 🤣 I know what i would've done.
I dont know about Tanya[ I sure hope she reads this one and replies] but I wud have grilled that woman day and night till she wud be admitted in a lunatic asylum . I wud have especially not allowed her to sleep at night and read all her public offenses in front of her doting son who is parading around as Raja Ram nowadays .
My weakpoint is I CANNOT STAND CHAUVINISM .😆😆😆 Boy's mom my foot , who the hell said that the boy's mom has a right to have an attitude simply coz she is the boy's mom ? Amazingly in Brahmin Maharshtrian communities this is very much a sad truth . Educated ladiesbehave as if it is their birthright to put on that attitude .

I get zapped when i see it . My cousin married one such guy and you shud have seen the attitude . The caterers were supposed to give them the coffee first , and by sheer mistake the caterer's boy gave one cup to someone from the girl's side . Bas , finish , the boys mom threw such a ruckus ! She made a face black like thunder and said is this the way the boys party is treated ? We watched , astonished ..........eleven people of her side had got the coffee and by sheer mistake a cup was handed to the girls side . And the mother in law was a post graduate in Botany . I felt so so sorry for that girl .........she was going to live with her as the son , like Manav was never gonna stay seperate . What a show of pettiness this was and how in the world was the girl gonna put up with it for every day of her life , I wondered . It saddens me to see it and it saddens me even more to see girls putting up with it .
The relationship with Damodar satisfies me thoroughly as a viewer . It is not the sasur bahu thing ..........it is the relationship with a great individual . He has his weaknesses and is not a perfect human being but he is a gem of an individual ...............his relationship with his daughter in law is effortless . Egoless . And bcoz of that , she shud bend and touch his feet ...........I wud have done it every day if required if such a person was my father in law and loved me this way . Archana's relationship with Damodar is hundred times better than hers with Manav . Damodar doesnt treat her simply with humanatarian intentions . From the time he set eyes on her he looked as her as his daughter in law , who wud be his second daughter and he never flinched from that even once . He is the only guy who keeps saying .........She is your wife . Its the way he says it and repeats it ..........as if Manav and Savita dont know the depth of that word or relationship which is very true . He ignores Shravni . For him , she doesnt exist as Manav's wife at all . As Sachin's mistake .....yes . He just clams up when Girish comes in the picture .
The most touching scene was when he went , totally zonked in a drunken state to Archus house to get her back . When Manohar reached him home he kept saying to Manav ........She touched my feet , she respects me . He said it looking at Savita who never gave him that respect and it was one of the things that contributed to his alcoholism . It was so heart wrenching , the way he repeated it . Wjhen Manav forbade him from going to that house as he wud be insulted there , he said firmly They never insult me . It was a firm statement on the character of the Karanjkars .......that they were basically decent folk . He saw to it that Archu's relationship with her bro didnt sour , and kept it intact by personally going there to clarify things . He was the only one who sat with her while she ate in the kitchen like a beggar .
If they had shown a scene in which Archu bends down to touch Damodars feet but stands up and bypasses Savita without touching her feet ,while leaving the house after her 3 month stay I wud have stood and clapped . The dialogue shud be . The only Pavitra Rishta I have in this world beside my family is with u . Without even looking at Manavs face Archu shud have gone out of the house . But they r setting other trends .Afsos .
