Is Manav intimadated by money and power?

Is Manav intimadated by money or power. I think so. The last few episodes have shown Manav getting angry but only at Archana. They have never shown him upset with Girishji who was responsible for his brother's death. In fact he has always been in awe of Girishji. Even with Ajit. What does Manav do when he comes to know that Ajit is the one who sent Archana to that bungalow. He goes to Ajit's house and gives him a dhamki...before he could do anything Ajit traps him...the love of his life Archana walks out on him and what does he do....nothing.....they don't even show him going to Ajit's house to find out whats going on with him or talk to Rasika or Manju....but when he thinks Archana has filed the complaint he doesn't lose a minute going to her house and twisting her arm...had it been Manju would he have done that...or maybe he thinks Archana is his wife and so his behavior is acceptable which makes him character even worse.
