It is a person's responsibility to take care of their parents.

why?

Because the parents always took care of you when you were a little baby, till you grew up.. So why would you be soo ungrateful and just leave when your parents need you the most? That is SOOO SELFISH..

Then I dont see ANY point having kids..

People have kids so they have some support when they are old..

But what do the kids do? they become TOTALLY unselfish and leave their parents, either at home or at a nursing home..

So what would YOU do if your parents left you grow up at a nursing home or an orphanage when you are a baby? And still "CONTRIBUTE" by giving the nursing home money?

I dont understand WHY people get so selfish and stop thinking of their parents well being when they grow up? Its just a sickeningly selfish act. The same parents who changed your diapars.. fed you with their own hands.. and couldnt sleep because you were crying at your crib constantly at night..

Think of all that before living away from your parents..

Well, yes that is the way Indian society works today. The problem arises when there are more than just parents as adults in the house. Especially when there is more than one kid and their spouse. There is such a thing as too close for comfort.
Its a very sticky situation, on one hand you have the parents that have given you life and on the other hand you have the peace for everyone. Sad to say there is no happy medium.
In PR's case, Manjusha going away might solve most problems for awhile. It might help ArMan get back together without Manjusha to destroy it. Also, Manjusha might realize the value of her in-laws.

Well agree its selfish on his part but he is also trying to cover up by saying that he is doing this for other's good.. Why dont he simply admits that now he earns n dont need his parents nemore..>:P
