strong characters

Ok so BT is known for making the lead cry...but i disagree with all the lead females being weak...i know archu is not independent and doesn't make the best decisions, however at least she is shown to take steps towards becoming independent...and i've see the some of the strongest characters in BT...they do fight when the have to...its just that the women are so Mahaan....
