Where the hell was this babita in S1! This is the babita everyone wanted to see but the stupid writers had other ideas. They should have shown this journey to her being a career woman after marriage, then dying to Make way for the Arya story. I mean they could have created the mini babita conflict using aryas pregnancy

Sorry since I am not watching the show can anyone help me understand this ...Babita sold her restaurant right ...or what is the story and how did the restaurant become as per the image

Nb said that the marriage became strained after mini left as they kept On fighting. Babita would either blame hs or blame herself. It got so bad that hs used to stay at the station even after his shift ended coz he didn’t want to go home. It was then she realised mini was right and she had lost her identity and said this to Lala. Then she discovered she was pregnant and the relationship started to improve. When Arya was born babita made up with nb and the khuranas. She then wanted to be the type of mother to Arya that she wasn’t to mini and wanted to see the pride in aryas eyes that she didn’t see in mini’s so she tried to get the shop back from khatri but couldn’t so she started patiala babes restaurant. The khuranas gave her money as a way to atone for the guilt they felt and hs took out a loan against the haveli. And so the restaurant was born. Babita apparently told everyone not to tell mini about the restaurant. When mini returned back to patiala to live full time babita wanted to take her to the restaurant and show her what she had achieved.

It’s a nice story but doesn’t make that much sense because if babita realises mini was right she would have surely tried to speak to her. Instead, somehow she thought mini was right, yet didn’t text her or call her and used to only miss call her every morning to wake her up. They also showed mini speaking to hs on several occasions over the phone, yet babita didn’t

seriously wierd ...they just want to glorify Mini ...how is it possible that these two did not have contact ...they created a background for Mini’s story and instead of involving Babes in her own story ..they killed thm ...what a joke ...where is Micky ....that is also not told if I am not wrong

Micky is not a part of s2 and so far there’s been no mention of him or where he’s disappeared to. One can only assume him and preet broke up and maybe his father got him married off 🤷‍♀️

And yeah I find it hard to believe they’d not have contact especially considering mini visited 2-3 years ago and there was a flashback of her at NB house where she met Arya for the first time (also unbelievable cos surely HS would send her pic considering they spoke by phone and he told her about aryas birth). And somehow even tho babes realised mini was right, the two of them still didn’t meet when mini visited. I’d have thought babes would have went running to her.. but hey ho this is the story for now

No Mini met Arya at the haveli itself, not at NB’s house.

Mini and Babes did meet each other when Mini visited. She stayed at the haveli (obviously). They also talked to each other as NB mentioned on Friday’s Episode. They weren’t fighting when they met but they didn’t talk about what happened or about PB restaurant either. Also, I am sure Mini-Babes talked on the phone when Mini was in Australia, but I don’t think it was like deep talk and stuff. They are just trying to tell us that they had drifted apart (which Mini also wondered when talking to herself), and didn’t converse in a deep level as before.

Writers will continue to change the story of what happened in last 5 years .

Yeah. It was the Haveli. Mini was sitting on the downstairs portion and you could see the family pics on the wall. Plus NB also said implied that Babita reconciled with her after she got pregnant and way before Arya was born. So, NB would obviously be at the haveli.

On Fridays episode NB Actually said that babita reconciled with her after Arya was born by turning up to her house one morning with Arya. During the pregnancy she said they were still not speaking but hs used to go to NB house that’s how she knew about the marriage problems.

You have actually really confused me now cos this isn’t at all what I thought I’d watched.

No, NB said Babita came over to NB’s house one day (after GK said Babita found out she was pregnant) and cried with NB, laying her head in NB’s lap, and all the misunderstanding and differences were cleared then. NB then realized both HS and Babita needed her. Then, after Arya was born, Babita found her life’s purpose in Mini’s letter, one day she carried Arya in her arms and came over to NB’s house and said she wants to open PB again.
