Paridhi Sharma & Aniruddh Dave characters axed

Fans of ‘Patiala Babes’ are in for a big shock after it was revealed that Paridhi Sharma and Aniruddh Dave’s characters have been axed as a part of the upcoming generation leap in the show.

Reports say that the shoe will be undergoing a five-year leap, which will revolve around Ashnoor Kaur’s character.

Sharma confirmed the developments to Bombay Times. She said, “In any case, I wasn’t satisfied with the way my track was shaping up. It started off as a strong and inspiring character, but the storyline digressed and my character started slipping around two months ago. I never wanted to play mother to a teenager, but I took up the show for my role. I am glad that I am not a part of the leap, as there was nothing in it for me to explore. Had they not decided to end my track, I would have exited the show myself. It’s just that it has happened the other way round.”

Dave added, “I believe that every show goes through a change after it reaches a saturation point. I am happy that my character Hanuman Singh was loved, as he was someone who believed in women’s equality and rights.”

So it’s not the actors that had decided to leave, it’s the characters that has been axed.

I would also be upset but maybe deal with it differently instead of using the media. I am thinking of this as bad career move because once your burn all bridges with production house there is no going back.

If u look into the character sketch of Babita/Babes (I guess she is Babes) , her characterisation is nowhere near to Lead role..I think she sounds decent enough to show her disappointment...

Thank god, it is over for paridhi and Aniruddh. It is about time, they are axed or decide to leave the show, there is nothing in their characters which is positive or progressive. Thank you Writers, producers or whoever the hell you are?! Wishing for paridhi and Aniruddh for better and stronger roles for their future.

Dnt wrry dis production house itself is newcumr in d industry dey dmselves havnt established much so i dont think paridhi said nything wrng she was really decent enuf to do dt nd should hv dne long bk wen her chrctr took a dwnfall nevertheless she is a grt actress any ph will tk her fr her nxt prjct if nt Ekta is der wid whom she hs alrdy wrkd nd hs gt success as well plus pari shares a grt rapport wid her Ek mite rope her in prjct unlik dis sadak chap ph of patiala babes who r egoistic and unprofessionals nd dont knw to treat d leads bt consider dm as a trash

Secondly we don’t know what exactly did she say what is put up in the actual article,cos for a fact we should be aware media do twist their words.

Thirdly even if this is what she said ,then also it’s graceful and honest.

How is one suppose to carry on a show when the actor was promised of a great character instead of having character growth,it’s been butchered.

She is cheated.Definitely she might have had a discussion with the ph,as everyone is aware from the tweets on Twitter,they are arrogant..Only they are right everyone else are wrong..Such attitude is not good for the PH n this only their maiden venture n they have ruined it.

Proud of Paridhi for taking this step n not letting her talent get wasted ..She will get a far better ph who will value her as an actress.😃
