I'm telling you, after Episode 179 / 180, yeh Babita kahin kho gayi. We just never got her back. I was watching a few old episodes, and she was there. The Babita that I connected with, the Babita who saw HS and as you said, was affected by his presence and absence. She had developed a heavy attraction to him with Dheere Jalna and the potential to fall madly and deeply in love with him was right there. But then the Imarti track happened and it all got washed away.

I know exactly what you mean! I didn't even watch the full episodes, but just some of their old scenes and everything came rushing right back! I just feel so disconnected from the version of Hanita we have right now.

Imarti track completely butchered Babita’s character.. and writers never cared to redeem her. This is why I kinda resent Imarti track 😒... I mean I was happy to see focus on HS’s past but the way they completely ruined Babita’s characters because of it, I will never forgive the writers.
