Iam a silent reader of this forum. i wish to get straight to the point. lately iam reading lot of negative comments on Minni. so i wish to voice my opinion on the same. i've been reading lot of comments stating that Minni is interfering too much on her mother's life and influencing her decision. But how can we not forget it was Minni who stood by Babita when Ashok's extra-Martial affair was revealed. she was the one to question Ashok's Love for Babita and we cannot certainly deny if not Minni Babita wouldn't have come out of the bitter relationship. she gave her confidence to start her business. when the society humiliated Babita, Minni stood by her. During those times Minni did voice her opinion, sometimes she had to be little impertinent towards Babita to understand. It was Minni who convinced Babita to stay in Hanuman's haveli and gave her confidence to stand against Katri and Ashok. why is Minni voicing her opinion now is a problem? because her mother is married to another man and Hanuman is her step father? or because Babita is married to another man now, Minni no longer has haq towards her mom? to voice her opinion? i should here mention here is Minni's interference in Babita's life did exist in the past and is still continuing. difference is then it helped Babita to move now, but now when Babita has finally moved on, Minni's opinion seems rude to many. There were many out of no line arc in characters of Hanuman, Babita, and Minni. i wouldnt call it as "Writers has butchered the character" but i would call it that there is no character growth in all the three characters. For instance Hanuman did love minni as her daughter which was evident before marraige but out of nowhere he blamed Minni for Cd mishap and claims that he did everything for Babita which seems unreal to me. As far as Babita and Mini are concerened i feel that they are the same. Babita was childish and egoistic and insecure from the start and Mini was overconfident and interfering from the beginning. For instance Babita was quite insecure about Meeta, which was right in her point of view. The point where Babita forgives Meeta, she does that because she finally moved on but at that point i also felt that she dint forgive her whole heartedly and i dont blame her for that too but now when she did not allow Minni to meet her grandparents i felt she was wrong. even Mini was wrong to ask Babita to help her grandparents. when Babita has right to ignore her ex in-laws, Minni too has rights to meet them because she is the blood relation of the Khuranna's and voice her opinion. one cant change the relation's can we? plus Babita getting influenced by Kamo and shouting at minni as "do u want to become next Meeta"sort of things is unfair! and in yesterday's episode minni is right about Babita's business that she needs to focus on business too. one cant cut slack when it comes to business right? its not that Minni doesnt understand her priorities but she is reminding Babita her responsibility. How can that be called as interference? Babita started the business when she had nothing so now when her business is developing she cant ignore it right? she has right to enjoy her marital life but at the same time she has to balance her business as well. This is what Mini was reminding Babita as far as i understood.
None of the characters are black and white. everyone has the shades in them. The only character who seem to have neutral opinion is Naeen bee.i found that Mini was super women and unrealistic during Ashok times. but now i find her characters realistic. Even though if a girl was having a good relationship with her step father in the past its natural to have a divide post marriage as in the case of Hanuman and Minni. There is some unsaid awkwardness between them. I feel that though Hanuman loves Minni Babita pressurizing him to be father of minni is causing the divide. He is trying to please Babita and so is moving away from his character. he is not the biological father the one who loves and cares the baby since the time of pregnancy so naturally he will love his kid as it grows. but it doesnt mean that he doesnt love Minni. After his marriage the women he considered as his tenet is his wife so his equation has changed with babita and that has also changed his equation with Minni. It takes time to accept the reality and build relationship. on the other hand Minni is drowing in insecurity and no one is there to her assurance. Babita is in her own dream land and though neen bi tell her about Minni she chose to ignore. she fails to balance between Minni and hanuman. I know it takes time but all three had to take the step to unite. Babita asking Hanuman to accept Minni as her daughter is just not enough. she should also assure her daughter about her equation with her. Recentlly i read about the promo as Babita changing her sur name, again lot of hatrad for Minni, but i would like to give my opinion. Minni rejected her fathers surname and added her mother's name. now suddenly when Babita changes her surname she feels insecure and left out. i know many women change their surname after marriage but Babita should talk to minni about the chance and give her assurance that nothing is going to change between them because of the surname change. you may ask as why should Babita do it? it is because apart from her husband she also has a daughter to take care of. It is not only Babita but Minni too need that assurace especially now when the equations has changed.
