I had wanted him to apologize to her after the case was over, whether or not they got together, whether or not she asked for it.

Minnie's been accused of being a control freak. We'll see if that will be addressed soon. Her savior complex sabko le dubega ek din.

I guess the CVs were either pressured to make the wedding happen sooner for TRP reasons or they wanted to deliberately keep all 3 under the same roof for the sake of more drama.

I'm pretty sure she is. She was upset when Khatri was speaking ill about the Khuranas, but she got majorly triggered when he flipped it onto her.

Naeem Bi has already said that HS is her first son. In all the years that she wasn't with Irfan, it's been HS who has taken care and loved her. She's lived all these years without them, she can do some more. It'll rip her apart, and she would constantly feel like she's lost a huge part of her soul, but she always does the right thing. Just think about it, she was married to an abusive guy. Lost a daughter when Imarti died and then kinda lost HS too, was then widowed and living on her own because her own kids don't seem to look after her or send her money or even visit. She hasn't seen her grandson in ages but was willing to let Irfan go so far so that he could make his own life. She's been more than a mother to HS, but in all this she has been a lonely woman. Now that the Khuranas are living with her, she also has some company chatting with people in her age group. Renting the place out gives her a chance to have some people around and helps a little bit with finances.

@bold, aise mat bolo yaar. It's aching me just to think about it. I don't know when I got so attached to her but ever since Irfan showed up, I've been feeling these pangs.

have you seen the very first few episodes. dadu beeji did not torture her. they behaved like typical in laws though for whom their khoon comes first and the Dil is only DiL . but if you see that is the scene in most typical indian joint families even the modern ones.

secondly one cannot stop asking for your rights or for your daughters just because someone is taunting you. mini wanted to speak to ashok about taking them with him to london when babes stopped her saying 'no daadu beeji need us we are doing this as a sacrifice together as it is not easier for your dad too living alone, and you will not speak to your dad about it'. So not asking to go with ashok was babitas decision. she had a misconception that she and ashok were sacrificing for the betterment of their family

He ripped apart her character. That was a major blow.

He repeated what Ashok, Khatri and Her own Brother accused her of. That she is characterless women for staying with single guy and has affair with him.

It came from someone she after lot of internal struggle came to trust again. From someone she came to love again even after her trust in Love was crushed. She dared to hope again after going thru hopeless months. She showed courage to accept her desires which she buried deep down somewhere.

And yet, all of this was crumbled by the same men who helped her stand on her own.

It was not a mistake. It was a gunah. It wasn’t her ego that everyone around her kept terming it as. I didn’t agree with when NB said pyar mein gunah bhi maaf. Nope sorry. You can’t rip apart lady’s character you claim to love. I also didn’t agree with Hanuman when he said, usne bhi boli hai mujhse baatein, mene to bura na lagaya. Sorry but Babita has never accused you of being characterless. Whatever she had had said, doesn’t compare with what you did.

Brushing this aside was the biggest mistake writers did.

What triggered her was nakli ka bap and Asli ka bap. I think she didn’t like Khatri badmouthing HS. Her eyes were darting on Khatri when he said so.

What I didn't like is that he needed to be asked for an apology. He knew what he was saying and the kind of effect it would have on her. Did he really think that she would let this slide?

As soon as this Imarti stuff was over, he should have gone to her and apologized himself. It shouldn't have been coaxed out of him.
