Thoughts:

1. LOVED the episode today!
   
   
2. Khatri ne toh jam kar aag lagayi. And he was very clever about it too. Not once did he give the insinuation that he might be involved. Rather, he put the whole onus on Minnie, and by doing so he created so many cracks within the family. That, to me, is the best revenge that he could get on the Trio.
   
   Loved how HS had his entire attention focused on Babita. He only had eyes on her and it reflected his concern for her greatly. Yes, usse bura laga, but Babes would have been even more hurt by everything that happened.
   
   I don't blame Babes for running away. No one in their right mind would want to process all that in a public setting. HS was quick to follow while Minnie was left behind. It was a heart breaking moment as she felt wholly guilty for ruining the one day that was supposed to be extremely special for her mother. The one day that she had worked so hard for, was utterly ruined by one stupid CD.
   
   
3. I love how Babita doesn't shy away from sharing her feelings with HS now. She lets out all her bitterness, and sadness without holding back. HS has created that safe space for her and it's going to do her a lot of good in the future.
   
   One thing I don't get is why she kept that CD around in the first place. She should have destroyed it along with all her other things. 🤔
   
   I'm glad that they showed HS being hurt by what transpired on two fronts: a) Babita and b) himself. The wedding held a lot of importance for him but I would dare to say that it was even more important for her. This marriage was going to start a new chapter in their lives and she wanted it to be done with no remembrance of her previous life. Her wanting to not remember that she was married before or that she had someone like Ashok before HS, is completely understandable. She was just asking for ONE DAY where she wouldn't be surrounded by all those negative memories.
   
   In HS' case, I think he was taken aback by what happened. He must have felt like because of the bond that he and Minnie share, he wouldn't have to worry too much about their parental-child relationship. They're a solid front and will always remain so. He was a lot more concerned about Babita because she has a lot more issues to work through. But with what happened, it was akin to him being attacked out of nowhere. He did flash back to how Minnie initially didn't want this marriage but she did give her approval and invest her heart and soul into making sure it went well. Not to mention, she will NEVER do something to hurt her Babes. Her playing this CD wouldn't have been a personalized attack on HS alone, Babes would have been a major casualty of it as well. As a result of his anger, he lashed out on Minnie. Once he's calmed down, I think he'll come to realize this but as of now, all he can see is his own pain and Babita's.
   
   Chalo, his fatherly insecurities have arisen as well now. But at least he'll have Babes to help him through it.
   
   
4. As much as I appreciate HS' hurt feelings, today's MVP was Babes. Her blasting back at the Khuranas was the highlight of today's episode. My woman FINALLY spoke back to them!
   
   Especially Lovely. I LOVE how she kept circling back to her. Lovely must have truly hurt her a lot for Babes to hate her this much. And the fact that the senior citizens, and even Sukhi for that matter, never once tried to intervene and stop Lovely? FCK them! They deserve this thrashing. Their inactions are just as bad as their actions. Failing to support and give confidence to Babita when she needed it is just as bad as Lovely constantly taunting her.
   
   Seriously, when Babita mentioned how she would tolerate them in the hopes that she'll be able to vent out to Ashok when he came back but that idiot couldn't even be bothered to ask how she was doing - it broke my heart. But it also made me all the more thankful for HS because just the previous scene demonstrated that she FINALLY has someone to whom she can speak her heart out to. She can complain when she's being treated wrongly or simply vent when she's angered. SHE FINALLY HAS SOMEONE!!! I can't express how HAPPY this makes me!!! And the fact that HS was willing to let go of not just his romantic feelings for Babes but would also have forgone his friendship with her pains me. Heck, even Babita was willing to call off the wedding again if it made Minnie happy. This breaks my heart even more. She's willing to let go of her own happiness and needs just for Minnie. I know that's the motherly thing to do, but as a woman, that sacrifice is just... wow. I'm not a mother so I don't know what kind of force is involved to make that kind of move, but I wish Babes is able to find a way to balance out all aspects of her life without having to make grand sacrifices like that.
   
   Also, loved how HS held her shoulders when Babita broke down when she asked the Khuranas to release her. He stood by her as her husband, unwavering support and true confidante. He didn't use words, but that action alone, screamed how he knew exactly what she was feeling.
   
   
5. Minnie is now stuck between her grandparents and Babes. She will always choose her mother, but now there's a guilt inside her that she has lost her grandparents as a result of it. Minnie truly didn't know that that's how Babes felt about the Khuranas. That much bitterness and anger, shocked her. When Babes mentioned she wants to completely forget her past and all those old relationships, I think Minnie somehow roped herself into that equation too. But Minnie needs to realize that she's not history for Babes. She's her present and future. The rishta that the mother-daughter have is a forever wala not naya ya purana.
   
   
6. HS is still clearly angry and this tiff is going to go on for quite a bit. Minnie tried to lighten up the mood but it wasn't working on anyone. She's been doing this a lot, as we've all seen. She's masking her pain, anger, guilt, whatever negative emotions she feels with smiles and laughter. It's going to do her A LOT of damage if she doesn't get a grip on it soon.
   
   
7. Precap: Well, the grah pravesh isn't going as expected. Hanita will be entering the house together while Minnie is once again left behind. There was a layer of sadness to Minnie catching the few thrown grains of rice in her choli. Almost like, these grains of happiness is all she'll be destined for now. Of course that's not gonna happen since Babita loves her a lot but for Minnie, that's how it is.
   
   If someone can go over the precap, and the symbolism of the throwing of the rice and Minnie catching it, that'll be great. Cuz I feel like I don't have the required knowledge to understand it completely.

I don't agree to the view that Babita didn't think of Mini before lashing out at Khuranas. She's always been a mother, a daughter in law, a bhabhi etc. Now is the time to be Babita. In that moment, she just saw someone attacking her family and the woman, who has endured so much, just lashed out.

Arey kab tak koi kisiki Maa yaa bahu bankar jeeyega? I'm glad she didn't think of anybody and just said her heart aloud.

being insecure of mini is one thing but doubting that mini would do this to stop marriage and hurt him because she dosent want him to marry babita is so illogical. i mean wasnt mini the one who actually fought with him that if imarti is filled in your heart where will my babes go. she was the one who wanted HS babita to get together was working day & night for this marriage. they have shared so much between them. about how to take care of the suddenly impulsive babita, how she trusts him with her babes. And secondly mini is not someone who would do things behind the back. she is upfront. even when she came to know of HS liking her mother she was very upfront to him about it.

Plus, Minnie apologised for her anger so well after the Appendicitis track. They had such a beautiful conversation about it. Even recently, Minnie said she trusts her Babes with her Hanuman uncle. He mentioned this today too! Scolding would've been understandable, but where are these thoughts spewing from?

Mini catching the rice grains did two things- Mini being Babita's mother there. It's usually the child that separates from the mother after the wedding. But here Mini is feeling that her Babes is slipping out of her hands, as she mentioned. I didn't like it at all. Mini is not her mother. And two, Babita is going no where.

That rasam is done by the ladki's mother.

But a part of me wants to interpret it this way -

That today, Mini will let go of her responsibility as Babita's mother. Mini ke Babita ki bidaayi ho gayi, Mini ke coach baane ki bidaayi ho gayi.

And now welcome Babita the Mom and Mini the child, in the grihapravesh.

Btw it'd be really rude if HS doesn't consider Mini for that and act as promised, welcoming the mother daughter alike. I don't want him to just forget her or ignore her.

exactly what is HS angry for? And why was the anger still there in him after mini reverse counted. That his wedding date got ruined. well so blame it on mini that his wedding date got ruined because of her carelessness, . why blame her that she dint want him to marry in the first place.

Does he think that all the time mini and he spent after the appendicitis track was a farce. he has today insulted all those moments by doubting her intention.

Ok my two cents...

I liked the episode... Looking at the comments I wanted to avoid it but ended up watching... I loved the emotional rides of all the three... HS was not at all rude to Mini but hurt... He did have the misconception that Mini had put the CD but I am sure once everything comes out he will run to Mini and apologize for his misunderstanding... He wasnt butchered at all like how it was felt here... He is human... Bound to think like that.... The bond just doesn't falter here... He wants to be a father to Mini and whatever he said today was out of his haq on her... I also loved babita's outburst... All what was peeping inside her came out today... Loved the small moments where HS hold her when she wept profusely... Loved the moments of HS and Mini... Also I also liked how Mini said to Lovely that it's their family matter.... So from today HS, Babita and Mini are a family and hence said... It was them even in the end... It's their journey and they will go good only from here.... Hopefully that charpai thing will be just one off... Let's see

I am positive finally...

Babita finally broke free of her past.. Excellent!I know it seems that she made Mini choose between her and Khuranas but from where I see it, she was just reassuring her daughter that she was not a partbof the past baggage that Babita wants to be free from

I am sure Babita would never stop mini from meeting Khuranas.. after all, she was the one who reconnected them to Mini after the surname change

Lastly, Mini needs to stop being Gopi bahu and speak.. she is behaving just like Babita did in those 17 years.. keeping it all inside

Still Minnie was the most important person for Babita today. Her rajamandi is the most important thing for Babita after everything, and people still call Babita a bad/selfish mother 🙄.

Paridhi freaking nailed it today in the outburst scene 🙌

Also, I am so so glad Babita will be the one to glue everyone together, to bridge the gap between HS and Minnie. At least I hope so 🤞

I still can't understand where HS' insecurity came from. If he would've been plain angry, on Mini, for having a CD idea, it was okay. But blaming her for not wanting the wedding. Oohhhh. That's tough and blunt.

I really wanted Mini to walk off there instead of convincing them to return.

HS thought process made absolutely no sense at all!! Why are CV making dumb now?

Also the way he put out his hand.it was a metaphor for the wall he might become going forward..it was him showing his right as a husband saying you go through me to access my wife..

It felt really ominous tbh

I don't think Babes should apologize but she forgot that Minni is still related to the Khurannas

Wonder how that will play out..
