Babes Forming the Future

A quick thought came to mind and I just wanted to throw it out there before I lost it.

In the beginning of yesterday's episode, Babes gave Minnie a metaphor of how molding a clay pot is akin to one molding their future. Jump forward to Hanita crafting the pot together, HS' hands were on top of Babes'. His were acting in a guiding role while Babes had full control over the shape the pot will take. If she wanted, she could have applied too much pressure and broken it. Instead, she gave it a beautiful form and created a sturdy object that could be used in daily life.

Yes, HS was assertive when he pulled her down, and led her hands towards the chakri. But she too, had the opportunity to leave or oppose against his actions anytime she wanted. Yet, she stayed back with him and cautiously ventured on this little activity. Now, like HS stated before, the ball is in Babes' court. The kind of direction she wants to take their relationship is in her hands.

Exactly, I had referred to this in my post. I think in some ways HS, without going over the top, also wants to give her little reminders that he will be waiting for her. Whenever she is ready to take that leap of faith, he will be around.

She was very much in tune with HS yesterday. It is so nice to see unveiling herself. Her obsession with pottery says it all. She doesn't want that connection to go away not even when a robber is in the house. Baby steps at a time but it has to be her decision. Can't wait to see her reaction when HS comes back.

I actually think that all her pent up emotions upon seeing him return will make her act defensive and maybe even start a fight with him. I don't expect to see tears of happiness, but I could be wrong.

I can't even imagine how Babes would be feeling upon this realization. Through her marital vows, Ashok had made similar promises to her but he completely shattered them through his despicable actions. HS, on the other hand, has never vocalized such an oath to her and yet through his choices and actions, he has fulfilled them beyond what was expected of him.

Maybe that chilling behavior will lead HS to drink inside the house to which Babes will object and try to get him to stop, and that will lead to the hand pulling scene?

Well said. Which is why when HS will verbally express his feelings to her, it will be a monumental event in her life.
