Why Meeta is so important?

Then why put so much emphasis on how good Meeta is and how much she loves Ashok and how she makes herself acceptable to Ashok's parents?

I appreciate that CVs are not showing Meeta as an outright serial vamp but do not make her so devi-like that she is literally walking with a halo around her head,

Somehow , I am losing interest in the show if they are going to drag it so much😕

Another drawback is ..not showing HS in quite a few episodes...I don't think Anirudh is taking Board exams...so why not show HS scenes..may be at police station or just cracking crimes with Lala instead of so much screen space to Meeta Ashok and those Khuranas.

Sometimes it is hard to understand who are the leads...HS and Babita or Ashok Meeta

I have no complaints against the characters. But I think somewhere the PH is either unable to strike a balance or they are still not decided on what to do with Babita. Yes, Meeta was right about the acceptance part. But considering how ITV shows are made of, it can also be a sign that Meeta and Ashok might never get married and somehow Ashok will go back to Babita...I sincerely hope this does not happen. I don't mind Babita single or with HS or some other nice guy...but not with Ashok.
