What does Sumedh intend to achieve by kidnapping Ria?If he wants revenge from the minister,harming Ria will not serve any purpose.The minister obviously is not going to sacrifice his life for saving Ria.Harming or killing Ria won't affect the minister in any way.

And Princi? Is he involved in this? Because even the video footage that he is seeing is looped. And being a princi, he should be sensible enough to see that it is a loop. Now is he also involved? Maybe Shamsher Rati is some secret son or bro of Sumedh or Princi. I don't think Shamsher is Sumedh because the minister recognized him as 'Sumedh' and not as 'Shamsher'- and the minister had a good impression of Sumedh. Sumedh hi Shamsher hota toh the minister would have been rude or something.

Alternatively, just a minor possibility- but what if all this Sumedh killing the Assistant and negative ban na is to fool and trap the assassin group and bring out the mastermind out.

Matlab Sumedh must have infilterated into the Group's circle- and the assistant ne bhi bullet proof pehna hoga and khoon ka kuch jugaad(like some cases in Savdhaan India :P)- but they know ki the Group is watching over and hence pretending all of this. Maybe the Princi is the real kaand wala banda. Shamsher must have been his son/bro or something and after getting fired from army, abhi revenge le raha hai. Maybe.

And Sumedh- must be on some secret mission , like Bang Bang wala Hrithik.
