The episode begins with Ishita falling to the floor (from the wheelchair). Everyone is shocked. They start gathering around her and try to wake her up. Pranay pushes them away and tells the doctor to look at her. They try to revive Ishita, but it's too late. The doctor tells Pranay that she's no longer part of this world. Pranay looks broken, devastated. Radha is shocked. Pranay starts to hysterically say Ishita's name, trying to make her wake up. Then he turns towards RAdha angrily. He says she was the last one to be with Ishita. He asks her if she gave Ishita the dawai wala doodh and Radha replies in the affirmative. Pranay starts shouting that can someone die by drinking medicine? He starts saying that shee must have added something else in the milk because Ishita was fine til now, how could she die so suddenly? He holds Radha by the shoulders and starts shaking her. He keeps asking her how could Ishita die? He doesn't stop shaking her and finally some people pull him away from her. Radha looks shocked and confused. Sajni tells the dean that the police should be informed. The dean agrees and says the truth will come out only after an investigation. Radha looks so vulnerable and confused.
At Radha's house, Megs is setting the table and complaining about all the work she has to do while Radha tai enjoys at parties. Aai says even Avi hasn't returned home til now but Megs replies that Avi must have a lot of work, that's why he's late. He's not out enjoying. Just then Avi comes home and Megs starts with her usual bickering that he didn't come home early. He says he's tired and he doesn't want to argue with her. Just then his cell rings and it's Shradda (Radha's nurse-friend!). She tells him that RAdha's in trouble. Avi is shocked and Aai, worried, grabs the phone from him. Shradda tells her about everything that happened and Aai is shocked. Aji asks her what happened and Aai tells them that the patient Radha was taking care, just passed away and Radha is in such big trouble. Everyone is shocked. Avi, Megs, and Aai leave to see Radha and Yash and Ankita try to console Aji saying everything will be fine.
Pranay is still on his knees on the floor trying to wake Ishita. Radha is holding Shraddha hands tightly looking scared. Shraddha tells her not to worry, everything will be fine. Just then Aai, Avi and Megs come there and they start asking her what is all this. Aai tells Radha that she doesn't need to stay here. (I guess they still don't know Radha's being blamed for this!) Avi also says let's go home. Just then the police show up and walk towards where Pranay is sitting next to Ishita. The cop asks Pranay to come aside and they are shown conversing (in mute for us.) Finally the cop says the body needs to be taken for post mortem. Pranay tries to stop them saying he can't live without Ishita. He keeps saying they can't separate her from him. But the body is lifted and taken away. Pranay tries to follow them but a few men hold him back. Megs, Sajni and Ketki continue to smirk. The cop tells Pranay that he understands his feelings but being a doctor, Pranay should know how important it is to get a post mortem in such cases. Pranay nods and the cop says the entire house has to be sealed. Everyone looks shocked. The cop apologizes for the inconvenience and tells everyone that until the post mortem reports are here, no one can leave this hall or the house.
Pranay is back on the floor crying and a few people are gathered around him. Megs says that she had been saying from the very beginning that Radha shouldn't do a double shift. She was bound to get in trouble one day or another. Avi just nods stupidly. Radha lowers her eyes and Shraddha is shocked by the family's behavior. The cops are going around interrogating everyone while Pranay continues to sit on the floor crying. Radha tells Shraddha that she's really scared. She asks her what will happen now? Shraddha tells her not to worry.
A letter arrives and after reading, the cop turns to Pranay. He says that it will be a while before the post mortem reports will be available but for now they have the preliminary records. Pranay finally stands on his feet and asks the cop what happened to Ishita. The cop replies that there was poison in Ishita's body. Pranay looks broken, shocked.
He keeps blaming himself that everything is his fault. He lost Ishita because of his carelessness. He says he should have understood everything earlier. He says the person who killed Ishita knows all his weaknesses. He says he doesn't know why he trusted this person so easily. And this is what he gets for trusting this person. He looks towards RAdha and says he knows how who killed Ishita. Everyone is waiting for him to reveal the name. The cop tells him to say the name so he can arrest the person. Pranay walks towards Radha and stops in front of her. He says she was the last person to be with Ishita and he keeps asking her what did Ishita have last? Radha looks scared. She replies that she gave Ishita the milk that contained the medicine. Pranay says YOU right? He says Ishita was happy about this party right? She wanted to start over their married life again? Radha nods. He looks at her angrily and says, "congratulations" Finally she has got what she wanted. Radha is confused and asks him what he means by that. Pranay screams that Radha couldn't see Ishita's happiness and that's why she's murdered Ishita. Sajni and ketki are smirking and the episode ends on Radha's shocked face.
Pranay is one convincing actor. He had put up a great facade of being the perfect, ideal, devoted husband. Poor RadhaðŸ˜
