That is exactly what happened today. I got 3 new meetings last minute today and 2 of them have being discussed multiple times before. Someone forgets or chooses to forget , so they discuss again. Finally i told my mgr, from now on i am charging OT to those projects for any of my regular work to be done which i cannot finish regular hours to such people. He is like 👍🏼
