we did some fireworks... did not see any official restrictions.. folks were bursting noise wala fireworks... but in general there is consciousness amongst people abt environment and I thought the fireworks were less... however newspaper reports state otherwise !😕

Agree no official restrictions other than not after 11pm atleast in Mumbai. But people are trying to follow which is kind of good.
