it's not restriction but advised for self-care

given we already hear and face good amount as part of our work, better to avoid outside

When Parichay had bad phase of Abhay hitting Siddhi and all, I was doing my internship at STU and I surely was bothered great by it. Not that domestic violence is good at any time but that time surely messed up my sleep
