Fortunately or Unfortunately given my educational background and brief work at one site I no longer get surprised about such matters 🤔

All I can say is spend time with good old friends and stay in touch with immediate family more. Also for entertainment only opt for light hearted things.

If possible stay away from crime dramas for some time as well and only go for pure comedy fun. Watch Sheldon Cooper 😉
